Communication was great , return driver was already there on our return. Have used them twice now and would use again.

Excellent communication before we arrived to park. Very prompt shuttle bus both to Gatwick and on our return.

Good communication. On arrival called then number provided, the driver arrived within 5 minutes. On return the driver rang me whilst we were waiting for luggage to arrive to say he was waiting for us, very prompt service from Paulo. Transfer took slightly longer than anticipated.
Overall good although longer transfer time than other airport parking facilities but less expensive. Car a little muddy on return as it is a farm.

Our experience with AVPS was excellent from dropping till picking up the car. As we landed we received call that once we pick up the luggage we need to inform the parking . The car was waiting for us . We did not had to wait specially when it is 12.30 am in the morning. Thanks to Paulo who had been communicating well with us. We will use this parking again

Very well organised, communication was amazing we had a call the morning of asking what time we’d be arriving and then again just before arrival time to check everything was okay. No hassle with leaving the car and we were dropped straight to the airport. For pick up we called as we were going through the airport and pick up was there when we got out. Overall amazing and have already recommended to friends and family.

Great price for parking

The service I received was super professional.
Even at early hours when I arrived about 45 minutes earlier then the parking was booked Paulo has no problem to answer my phone and pick myself and my family then dropped as at the airport
On the return one phone call and 20 minutes later we were traveling back to a car park.
Once again thanks to Paulo we save some time and money as well.
Highly recommend.

The driver was at the site when we arrived and after collection our luggage the driver again was at the design itself pick up point. Both drivers were helpful with loading and unloading of the luggage and were very curious and both answered the contact number within 3 rings- overall a great service all round and will recommend, we have used these 4 times now and every time it is the same experience.

Slightly longer transfer time c.15mins than we prefer but positives were that it was quick and easy to book, staff were easy to contact, available and helpful. We had to wait for driver to return from dropping other passengers off at the airport during our outbound so worth calling ahead to try to minimise transfer times. Inbound transfer was smooth.

The set was really good professional people who took my car at 3.39am and dropped me to the airport.the car was safe and intact at the park their driver came to pick me on time with no delays I highly recommend the and the price was 40% cheaper than other provider .. u highly recommend them
