We used the North terminal long stay…
We used the North terminal long stay carpark. Booking was easy although I wish you could book a disabled parking space. My dad has a blue badge and the spaces are on a first come first serve basis and there are very limited available spaces.

You keep your keys
This is the only airport car parking whereby the owner retains the car keys so I'll only use this car park if flight times rule out taking the train. Gatwick long stay is expensive in high season though hence four stars

Definitely the way forward. Easy parking in short stay car park so close to the terminal. Lots of information to make the process straightforward. Dropped car with friendly staff and picked up keys on return. Couldn't have been better.

I pre paid for parking but was charged three times as much as I had already paid to exit the car park. Two weeks after requesting a refund I am still without any update on when this will be paid. Shocking customer service.

Beware!!
I use this parking many times a year and generally have no issues. On my last trip we had a delayed flight which subsequently had to make an emergency landing at Lyon airport for a medical emergency, meaning we returned about 2 1/2 hours late. All of this obviously was out of my control. To get a £60 overstay charge is absolutely ridiculous, ( far more than a full days parking fee ) I assumed when I called them and explained the situation the charge would be removed, especially seeing as they ask for your flight details when you make the booking so they can see the situation. This was not the case and it appears that they use peoples misfortune as a means to charge an excessive fee. There is no way to avoid this scam. Beware!

Everything went well on the outward…
Everything went well on the outward bound trip, it was the return that was a bit confusing because all the signs for the buses inside the terminal came out on the lower level at Gatwick south terminal, when the bus for the London Gatwick parking is on the higher level unless we missed the sign's at 2 am

Good, safe easily accessible parking.
We have used Gatwick Holiday Parking twice within the past month and found it to be very good on both occasions.
Whilst it’s not the cheapest a do punt code given to me after my first booking made the second stay very competitive. Perhaps a good incentive to encourage existing customers to return.
Overall pretty convenient and the buses run regularly between the terminal and car park.
