Absolute scum

Absolute scum. DO NOT USE.

Just got home after battling with these scumbags for 6 hours to get our car back. Anyone reading this who was there tonight, I'm the guy wearing the blue jacket/black jeans and my wife was the blonde lady in the black coat.

All the other reviews reflect some of the trauma we suffered. We ended up getting a taxi on the advice of one of the drivers who tried to help us as the situation became desperate. He gave us the postcode to a farm in the middle of nowhere with nobody there and complete darkness. This was the place they had parked it.

The taxi driver was a nice man and didn't leave us and 3 guys eventually turned up and we escaped. The climate control is not working, (the car is 3 months old) and it's filthy.

I could go on all night as so many things happened, police, altercations, they hung up on me 4 times.

Awful Awful night. Absolute scumbags.

They need to be brought to task and closed down.

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE CRIMINALS.

Believe everything below, This company must own the compare website and all the other meet and greet names on that site as the reviews on the compare website are good but this company has one number and if you finally get through they just tell you to wait a few hours and then hang up. they used 85 miles of our fuel? We were only gone a few days. My wife got a taxi to the storage 10 mins from the airport at CCM Ruspar Road and they were not there, she had to get back so just took the taxi on. The whole experience has cost us time and wasted a lot of money.

365 meet and greet
They don't deserve even a single star.
Extremely horrible experience...
I wish you avoid it.
1. They don't pick up the phone and hang up on you.
2.You never get an honest reply.It is just lies after lies..
3.It is never ending 20 mins wait to get car back.
4.Extremely unorganised.They have no clue where cars are parked.
5.Absolutely inhuman.. Families with young sick kids and elderly people with medical condition were left in limbo.
6. Families waited for 4-5 hours to get car back.
Two of the families left by taxi.

We understand staff shortage but honesty and integrity is a big issue..
Please don't use them.

REPEAT. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

REPEAT. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. A little worried when dropping off as they were late and no paperwork however it was a disaster our company when trying to pick up car. Rang and told they didn’t have record of our car and to call back. We called back and they said they couldn’t find our car. 20 mins later they traced it and said it would be dropped off shortly. Four times over next two hours we called to repeatedly be told they were on the way. After a couple of hours it arrived which was much quicker than many other customers who were still waiting. One lady was waiting 9 hours for her car to arrive and had to go to compound to search for it with Police but still could find it. DREADFUL COMPANY.

Run by a mug company

I wouldn't even give this sh-t firm 1 star it the 31st 22 and I waited 6 hours for my car the company is run by mugs all you get is bo--o-- 30 min and the car will be with you in the end we all kick off with the driver and 6 police cars turned up the police had to go looking for how cars and to customers car we found in Gatwick car park were they left them and they had to pay loads of money to get there cars out of Gatwick short stay loads of money the company run under all different manes in the end we luckily got the car back there was still 6 couples waiting and when we left the police hadn't even found some of the cars so please never ever use this company under any circumstances unless you don't like your car or you like standing around for hours mug company run by MUGS

DO NOT USE.....FRAUDULENT COMPANY!
I expected my car New Years Eve, after 7 hours of lies, Abuse and even the police being called and trying to help. My car finally turned up 7 HOURS LATER. Some cars have been damaged!!
The police searched their "so called" parking places. To which they could not find my car and about 11 other customers too.
They are operating under many different business names. I booked under 365 Valet. They make their booking look legitimate by even advertising under Ezybook Airport Parking. Their number is 03337722789. PLEASE DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THEIR PROFESSIONAL ADVERTISEMENT

At 1 point, they Said they didn't have my car, then they said they didn't have the keys. YOU WILL BE TOLD LIES AFTER LIES AND VERBAL ABSUE
The workers look like they've just come off the street and the Operations Manager is very abusive and threatening.
Gatwick are aware of the scams their doing, but apparently can not do anything as its a Public Car park.
I was waiting with my Husband and 2 young children. The reviews are all true.
DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. A person who was waiting along side us hasn't had his car found!

This company is a complete scam

This company is a complete scam. We paid for a meet and greet and when we dropped our car off, we were told to pay £5 for the short stay car park which we did and off we went on holidays. We got back and phoned them and they said because it was new year, we had to wait for 1 hour. After waiting for close to 2 hours, I phoned again and he said the car had not left their car park and 2 cars were blocking it thereby preventing the drivers from moving our car. We tried calling repeatedly but no one was answering our calls. We now decided to go to their stand where we dropped the car. To our horror, we saw 9 families who were in the same position we were and we saw that our car had not moved from where we parked it. After 4 hours, a guy came with all our car keys with tickets indicating the day we parked. Some families had to pay £400. We had to pay £225. Basically, they make you pay for parking online, then for a short stay to make it seem legitimate. They then leave your car there and you now come back, discover you have been scammed and need to pay £45 per day for parking. Some families had parked for 10 days. This company should not be in business but by the look of things, it looks like Gatwick Airport and Easy book seem to be co-conspirators with 365 valet. Absolutely disgusting that people will treat their fellow human beings in such a manner

Very unreliable service

Very unreliable service. All the negative reviewers are absolutely true. I experienced the same treatment first hand. There is no pointing in repeating them. No professionalism at all. I am surprised that they are still in business. Online Booking platform, please take them off your list or you will also get bad name. Please do not use them or it may cost you your car. I don’t think this company is even regulated. Company that shows on their emails is even struck off at companies house. Never use them again.car was moved three times. Left unlocked. Fortunately I had remote access to my car and I managed to lock it and track it. Or I may have lost my car. Returned dirty with half eaten sandwich and smell of cigarette.. Disgusting behaviour by staff

THE GUY IN THE CENTRE GAVE ME EVERY EXCUSE IN THE BOOK. 20 mins 20 mins 20mins AND THEN ADMITTED THAT HE HAD LIED.

TOTAL B**LS**T!!!!!!!

I AM QUITE PATIENT BUT TONIGHT MY PATIENCE HAS BEEN TESTED!

THE MAN INFRONT OF US WAITED 5 HOURS - HE WAS LIVID.

PLEASE BE AWARE AND DON’T USE 365 MEET…

PLEASE BE AWARE AND DON’T USE 365 MEET & GREET GATWICK.
Absolutely the worst experience ever and I’m still concerned what they have done with my car…
Seems like a bunch of Criminals , I suggest Gatwick Security should investigate these people and take any further actions.
Same comments and same experience as the other customers dealing with 365 meet and greet.
2 hours of wait and every phone call made been told in the next 20 min my car will be with me. They disconnected also my on board camera , and this is very suspicious.
Got also damaged my rear bumper and had been told to contact via an email which looks like a Scam email address.
Also the website Compare Your Parking should not recommend this company to secure the car park. Please people be aware and stay well away from these scammers.
Always use the official Gatwick car park for the peace of mind.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE...

What went wrong, everything. We rang them 30 mins before arrival at the orange car park as requested. We waited and had to ring a further 5 times before they arrived, they took around1hour, fortunately, we started quite early else we would have missed the flight.
The driver who came to collect the car was not carrying any paperwork so it was scary for me if he is the right person or not. I ranged to them and they said to hand over the key. I had no option but to hand over the key.
This is not good.

On our return I phoned, I was told to wait 25 mins but no one arrived and I ranged again after 30 mins but I was told they are still searching my car and could not find so it may take further 10-20mins. I was annoyed and scared about how this is possible.
I ranged more than 10 times and they could not deliver the car in 2 hours it was 1 am and I was 2 kids, my kids scared and kept crying. The person with whom I speaking was so rude and did not listnen to me. I had to put my family in a hotel since I wasn't sure.
I paid for a taxi to go to the hotel and the hotel charge me to stay.
The next day at 9 am, I called and I was trying to explain my case, the operator said don't waste my time and listen we can't deliver the car before 11:30 am and hung up.

I would advise you, please avoid these people else you will be in trouble.

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!

Omnishambles

Just dreadful set-up. It seems I have had the same treatment as everyone else angry enough to write reviews here. The driver himself was lovely and apologetic. He knew the operator was rude and had not organised things well for what was clearly a busy time. I would have accepted the wait and delays as inevitable and a huge inconvenience had he been truthful and accurate and simply apologised for the mess. But what made me and others I spoke to at the terminal furious was that the phone operator lied, then refused to take our calls or hung up on us. I won't be using again

Absolutely horrendous

Absolutely horrendous. You pay for a service and they have ONE JOB and mess it up. Spent 40 minutes to get to the airport and they lost the key. When asking what to do they want us to go back (via no transport) to our house 1 hour away and come back with the spare key to our own car with some imaginary compensation. Honestly it’s such a sketchy and trash company, not worth the money and I’m surprised they haven’t been weeded out by now. So now we’ve lost more than double what we’ve paid thanks to them. The handler over the phone was also completely useless and understood nearly nothing. Do not even think of using these guys for anything.

PLEASE AVOID: HORRIBLE SERVICE

Hi,
We waited more than 90 minutes on our way back in Gatwick North Terminal, after calling several times, and being told the car will arrive soon. The guy on the phone was rude and even hang up on me after I started complaining this was unacceptable. We ended walking to the Premier Inn hotel nearby where a driver drove us to the car park 15 away. The parking was a total dump. We were mislead by the good

Do not use 365 Meet and Greet at Gatwick

The service is total shambles. We have been waiting for 1 hour in the cold after an exhausting flight. They do not even pick up the phone and when you finally get through them, they tell you that they didn't know we've been waiting!!! We will be reporting this to our bank, file a dispute and claim our money back!

I have booked without looking at the reviews as I never had any issues with neet and greet parking in the past!

When I dropped my car in the short stay car park to catch the flight the driver was half an hour late and to top it up he asked me to pay for the parking!! As I was going on holiday I decided to contain my anger and pay so that I can catch my flight.

In the way back I called the company the person answering said that I am early and it will take time to collect the car. I told him that I provided my flight number so there shouldn't be any surprise. I am writing this post an hour after I called the agent, he just mentioned that I will be waiting another hour until the car arrives!!

Please avoid at all cost!!!!! 365 parking - how can LGW give them a license is beyond me!
Might be few pounds cheaper than competitors but they are rude, incompetent and proper 'dodgy' . Waited for our car for 90 minutes being told it's 10-20 minutes away during every phonecall.
Also you need to pay £5 on drop of and pick up - apparently a new rule the airport brought in- absolute shambles! Please, please do not use!!!
