These bunch of obnoxious clown dont deserve a star and my precious time, but I rather save those unsuspecting persons thinking of using this company to stay clear of them. I went on holiday for the Christmas and returned on 1/01/23. The flight got in earlier than I expected so I contacted them. I had book fir my car to be return to me at 1000am which I purposely did to afford me time in case there were any delays or unexpected circumstances. I was rudely spoken to by the operator who told me that I have to wait until 1000am when I should call back. My flight landed at 0830am. I called back at 1000 and this is when all the issues started, they don’t know where my car was, they don’t have the registration number all the excuses to make you very very very angry. They eventually blocked my number, I was running out of phone battery power. It was a terrible experience after a long flight.I was stranded at the South Terminal for ages, then I went to the North Terminal where I was joined by some very angry and confused customers also in the same boat like myself. Eventually they arrived with my car st around 5pm. I spent almost an entire day at the airport fir these scammers to bring my car to me with mud and damages to my vehicle. Please take our advise and reviews seriously and font use this company call 365 Gatwick valet, be aware of the nightmare awaiting you. They might be cheap, but cheap is not always the best. I would also advice anyone experiencing such yo contact Sussex police and report your vehicle stolen, don’t wait till later, make your report half an hour after getting the run around.let us all report this company to trading standards and get them out of business. They are reaping people off and their service is atrocious, unacceptable, beyond comprehension. You are WARNED

We called 20 times with no answer when our baggage had arrived (as they instruct you to). when we eventually got through we got told it would be an hour wait for our car when it’s meant to be a meet and greet service
We arrived at the short stay car park and our car was in the same space we had parked it, they hadn’t moved it. We called over 100 times and it took us 5 hours to get them to bring our key
We were told lie after lie by multiple different people and our calls were ignored
This was happening to every other person who was waiting. They had lost some peoples cars and keys.
There was a £400 charge for them leaving the car in the car park which they refused to pay…

No one was there to pick up our car on departure but the nightmare really began on arrival.
20 people were waiting for their cars, some up to 4 hours! Being told they could not find their cars. We waited 2 hours and after more than 30 attempted calls and also involving the police and Gatwick airport we finally got our car back.
Tip of the iceberg, they stole two Christmas gift items out of the car
Only advise, keep away from them.

Having read the other reviews its clear these guys are a joke. Not enough staff to actually collect my car at the correct terminal, a minor inconvenience but a warning sign never-the-less. Upon arrival, when i finally got through to them (the phone is mainly off) it took a full 95 minutes to rerturn my car depsite the very rude operator saying its on its way! apparantly, and i quote 'its not my fault, ive only got 3 drivers and over 80 cars'.... Do yourself a favour and give this one a miss...

I booked parking with this 365 Valet Parking at Getwick
On Arrival we been told that they are locating my Car and will get back to me asap. I waited there for almost 4 Hours and called them many times (no answer 90% of the time), every time I had the same reply that they can not find my Car. I was so Lucky that I found my car parked at the same floor but few rows back where I handed it over to them, after that I started calling for another hour to give me my car keys so I can go home but no luck.
I managed to arrange the spare key and driving out of car park but Getwick Car park charged mt £130 to let me out from the car park.
this company charged me £107 and dumped my car at the same place and made me pay additional £130 plus 4 stressful hours.
It was the worst experience I had, will never use this company service again and make sure to leave reviews on any relevant website to save people from these guys.

Can’t give a 0 but would if I could. Awful company, rude, lie and purely incompetent. Waited 1.5hrs tonight, some had waited almost 4 hours. We dropped our car on 28 dec and was told to park anywhere. Tracked our car everyday and it hadn’t moved from the space we parked it in but the keys had been taken to the depot office. Called to ask what was going on and they said it would be fine. Car eventually moved 1 Hr before we landed at Gatwick and then took hours to get it back. Husband ended up getting a taxi to the depot which was waste land with a shed on it. No system, no organisation, no security so no wonder they lose keys and car. Do not use at any cost. Car park 6 level 4, some were told to use level 5! Gatwick Car park attendant told us and many others waiting they they are a scam company and Gatwick have real issues getting rid. File court orders but then they appear under a new name.
Scammers zero stars
You have to give a star to get to write otherwise zero would be the score. It took an hour to get through to them when we landed. We were told the car was on its way and would be there in 20 mins. We were told this every 20 mins until the car eventually turned up covered in mud 2 hours later. I had left my husband by this point and taken the children home on the train. We did this because there were people in the car park who had been waiting for 9 hours and another family had just been told to get a hotel as the driver couldn’t find their car at the compound. Another man had had his keys returned but neither he nor the company could find his car at Gatwick. He was still looking when we left. Every time I rang they were rude and totally uncaring. They are liars and scammers. The exit ticket hadn’t been paid though they said it had. Do not use any parking company that use the phone number 0333 77 22 789 as the company seems to have a lot of names but all give this number. They clearly have fake good reviews under some of their other names on comparison sites. Feel like we got off lightly waiting only 2 hours and getting the car back with added mud but all our belongings. And we paid the £66 train fair and £5 entry and exit to car park as an extra sting. Believe all the bad things and never use this company

We booked a drop-off at Gatwick Airport South Terminal on the 26th of December at 6pm 2022. Upon our arrival on the 1st of January 2023 we called the company on the phone number requested (03337722789) to pick up the car at 9pm. We were met by rude employers who kept lying about the whereabouts of our car, and it also took a long time before we could get any contact with the drivers. We were told multiple excuses: that the car was blocked in, that they were too busy to deliver it, that they could not find our keys and the paperwork, and lastly that they could not locate our car in any of the 5 carparks they use. We were stranded for 6 hours and were forced to pay for an airport hotel. Lots of other customers experienced the same, however most of them got their car eventually even though they also waited between 2-4 hours.
I phoned multiple times throughout the evening and this morning regarding the whereabouts of our car. It is still nowhere to be found. The employers on the phone also kept making excuses about its location and could not help us finding the car. We were told that a manager from Heathrow was going to come over to Gatwick to help and that we would be updated but this has still not happened. Eventually we had to take a taxi home. The employers have still not been able to tell us when our car will be returned.
We have reported this to the Sussex Police, Gatwick airport and the Trading Standards Authority. We have reported the car missing and will report it stolen if it does not return to us soon.
We are extremely disappointed and frustrated about the lack of service and the systems the company operates with, as it is also now affecting our work. This is completely unacceptable behaviour and will not go unnoticed.

Your car park. I had an awful day trying to get my car keys back. My car has been left at the airport parking since Monday and today I had the pay the full amount. They did not move my car at all. Every time I tried to call them, they were very rude and were keep lying. At first they couldn’t find the booking, then I was told that someone will come with the keys in around 20 min and I don’t have to worry about the ticket but I ended up staying there for 6 hours. There were other people with young children as well waiting for their car to be dropped off. One driver told me that if I give her 100 pounds once the keys are delivered they will get me out of the airport. I tried

This company is truly awful. Their customer service is quite frankly disgusting and the man who takes the calls is extremely threatening and rude. When you come to collect your car after your trip, they don’t answer the phone - we had to call ten times. Reading these views I feel extremely lucky to have only waited an hour and the car is back in one piece, but last night there was a family who had been waiting four hours and another lady on her own who had been told they lost her car keys.
I really hope this company has its operations closed down in 2023.

Worst experience ever, ruined all the new year vibe after beautiful holiday. For 5 hours our family with children had to wait for a car, hanging up the phones, rude operators ( on phone ) Had to go to yard (15 min ) away in the middle of nowhere and £20 for taxi, at the dark hours in the mud to find my Car. Car has been all messed up, all the content from glove box on the floor, Experience you don't want. I can bet new company on new name will start trading soon. We waited 3 hours for our car - they couldn't find our car for two hours as they had no idea where it was parked in the compound. And when you call they don't pick up the phone and hang up on you.Or they tell you your car will be 20 mins away...it never is!
But we were lucky vs others. Some families waited 6 hours with young children. They told one young girl and another couple they had lost their keys. They told another family their car was blocked in so couldn't get to it. People reported their cars coming back dirty and smelling of smoke/full of rubbish. They were aggressive on the phone.
I have no idea how this company is trading. Or how Gatwick airport is letting them operate. Or if any of the drivers have legal driving licences. They seem to be scamming and leaving people in a great deal of distress. Please AVOID AT ALL COSTS and use an alternative company.

Gatwick Airport Customer Services were super prompt and advised to report them to Trading Standards (at Citizens Advice), as they have the powers to take action against this company.

Awful people and the way they treat their customers is disgusting. Please never use. We were told 20-25 minutes and after 20+ phone calls and a phone call to the police they eventually turned up after 3 hours. We were one of the luckier people despite waiting 3 hours in the cold as there was other people who had waited 6/7 hours for their car. They eventually stopped taking phone calls and if they did decide to finally answer the phone call then they would put the phone down 5 seconds into the call. Shockingly bad and I hope nobody makes the same mistake as us of using this embarrassing fraud of a company

I’m absolutely appalled by the service my family and I have received, my car was left with 365 parking in the Gatwick north terminal when it should of been in the south Terminal, apparently there was no space at South when we arrived! we left it with you in confidence (god knows why) we tried calling your number that you say to contact, 80 times, when we landed and didn’t get through, we then got the man’s number in charge on 07736 736364. He then turned up being so angry and aggressive with 70+ people waiting for their keys or if not to find out where their car even was. Our car had been sitting there for 6 days in the same space we left it, which was lucky in hind site as some cars were being returned wrecked!! after 5 hours from landing and off our flight, the police were involved and we received our key back with no ticket to get out of the car park. we then encountered a £275 parking ticket from the NCP car park to get out of Gatwick! What an appalling service!! Complete scammers!! We will be taking this matter further. This company needs to be shut down, as does the Compare sights that promote them! Gatwick airport do not authorise the company’s parking on sight! They tailgate people in and out of the car park and then dump your car! Do not use them!
