DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY . It took us an hour and a half waiting to get our car back after calling for our car to be bought to the pick up area. When it did eventually get to us the driver quickly scurried away. When I opened the drivers side door the footwell was covered in mud as well as the peddles. We were also scammed at the drop off too. We were asked to hand over £10 so our car could be taken to the storage area and told this is on our booking form. When I challenged this on my return I was told the company had several complaints about an Asian member of staff and we will be refunded the £5 to the account we made the booking on. WHAT A SCAMMING COMPANY THIS IS. 365 Valeting Ltd is only a booking company for EZY booking. Be aware
OK, but would not use again
In my experience, they were on time to pick up and also good on return. I would not use them again though for several reasons. I booked thorough Ezybook website and the service provider was 365 Gatwick Valet, the price was very competitive. On drop off I was very surprised to see that they didn't have a designated area for themselves and that their agent was not wearing any uniform or not even a high vis jacket. There was no paperwork except a torn piece of paper with a number on it. I almost wanted to stop them from taking my car on an impulse (I was asked to meet them by the lift!!), but we had a flight to catch. In the airport I decided to check the company and saw all the negative reviews and I was in a very distressed mood for the next few days. Eventually on day 3 of our 10 day holiday I asked a friend in London to see if she could pick up the car. She went to the airport and called the number and to our surprise the car was delivered to her in less than 15 mins. But the stress and lack of confidence in the service was just too much to bear.

ENGINE BROKE DOWN AS SOON AS I STARTED ! Seems they have broken my car !
As soon as I started and headed off along the M23 highway , within 15mins my car was stalled with major engine failure , and I have to contact breakdown services before I could again resume my travel.My car was serviced just before the travel and in an excellent condition , and now there is total turbo charge issue .
Also my booking was until Sunday 29/01/2023 7:30 am . However when I called them to collect my vehicle they continuously argues that the booking was until 28/01/2023 , and thus the vehicle is not ready , which resulted in me waiting for the vehicle for more than 45mins
When I received my car , I was forced to pay 20£ as the extra day charge , and was told that I would be refunded if my booking was correctly made until 29/01 , however noone responded back when asked about the refund
My car interior was terribly dirty , with water in the cup holder of the car , and jump start cables lying in the back seat ,(I suspect my car was required to be jumpstarted but nothing was mentioned to me when returning the car ) .
In a word , it has been my worst experience with Airport valet parking

This review is for 365 at Gatwick. I would never use these people again they were late on our outward flight so we had to rush through straight to boarding. Then upon return it took them nearly two hours to return car. There were many people waiting- one woman had been waiting over 24 hrs, we tried to help and she spoke to the guy returning our car, can only hope she got it back. The company stop answering the phone, it was just an awful experience.

I booked this company through a comparison site where it appeared to have good reviews which were obviously fake. Dropping car off was a bit disorganised but worked ok. Picking up at 11pm phoned several times, waited 3 hours, was eventually told my car was in a locked compound and to come back in the morning! This was 2am I was alone 2.5 hours from home. Operator said "Oh get a taxi we'll pay you back for it and we'll deliver the car to you tomorrow." HA. Eventually a kind Uber driver took me home to Dorset at a cost of £220 to myself. My husband and brother in law had to do the 5 hour round trip the next day to collect the car when it became clear they weren't going to deliver. Obviously I am still chasing my compensation/refund with only half assed replies from the company. If no response I'll take them to financial ombudman but I plan on reporting to trading standards and I hope others do too as they are terrible!!!!!!

Organised collection time for our outbound flight was at 4:15 am. We rang 30 minutes before we arrived as requested in the email. Nobody was waiting for us. We were stood waiting in the cold until 5am. Luckily we did not have hold bags or else we would have likely missed our flight. When running a service where people have a plane to catch, being over half an hour late is simply unacceptable.
Upon return our flight was delayed by 3 hours. We had to pay a £25 late fee. We asked if we could give the company our credit card details and they take the money, but apparently that wasn’t possible and they asked if we could bank transfer to the personal account of the driver which we thought was odd and unprofessional. We decided to pay in cash as that is their “preferred method of payment”. As you can no longer get £5 notes out of ATMs we had £30 cash and asked for change. The driver said he did not have change and offered us Bulgarian money instead. For a company that prefers to be paid in cash we could not believe that drivers were not even sent with £5 worth of change to reimburse customers.
We tried ringing the office but kept getting told it was “out of hours” despite being midday on a Saturday?! The person on the phone was very rude and hung up as soon as we started to criticise the service.
By this point we just wanted to leave but they would not give us our car key back. So we decided to just pay more money so they would let us leave and not get our change. They also had no way of giving a receipt to prove we had paid.
The cherry on top of the cake is that you also have to pay the Gatwick car park charge which the company does not cover. So although this may appear a cheap option at face value keep in mind that it is a minimum of an extra £10 to get in and out of the drop off area and if your flight is delayed by even an hour you will be charged an extra £25 on top of that. And since COVID, flights are delayed more regularly and frequently so this is quite a likely outcome.
Absolutely the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Avoid using at all costs if you want a relaxing start and finish to your holiday.
It seems compared to the other reviews involving theft that we got off very lightly!
THEFT FROM CAR
This review is for 365 Parking at Gatwick, although I believe the company also trades under other names.
While the drop-off at Gatwick was OK, we had to wait almost an hour on return even though ourt flight was on time. Much more important though were two instances of THEFT FROM MY VEHICLE. The first was of M&S vouchers worth about £70. I realised a week after our return that they had gone. I was in touch with the company's customer services who said they investigated this but were unable to locate them. In addition, there was some cash (probably £10 in coins for parking) in a container at the bottom of one of the car's compartments. So someone had worked through the other items in the compartment, taken the cash and put everything back on top.
Outright theft when you expect a professional and honest protection of your assets left in their care. Dreadful reflection on the company which I will not use again.

This review is for a company with multiple identities and variously called Gatwickvalet.co.uk (the website), 365 Valet Meet and Greet Gatwick, 365 Valet Ltd and, also, 365 Gatwick Valet. Their logos are of a green plane taking off within an incomplete blue square and with blue writing underneath and a plane taking off into the sunset.Their products are sold on CompareParkingDeals.co.uk which also (it seems) operates as Parking4you.co.uk. Both sites appear to support this company in several of its identities and supposedly show reviews which are suspicious- largely favorable and differing dramatically from the reviews on Trustpilot.
Avoid at all costs:
1) it is not cheaper - you pay an extra £10 immediately to enter and leave the short stay Gatwick north car park. When I dropped the car off, it had Petrol for 155 miles. When I picked it up a few days later - Petrol for 35 miles. (I took before and after photos having read the reviews.)
2) The inside was disgusting - take away food and drink containers were left in both the back and front.
3) The day before collection, I received a call telling me that I had not dropped it off! I said I had video evidence (true) and on arrival back, the car was delivered to the car park. I would never use them again.

Where do I start.
Firstly the car was returned full of rubbish and used tickets from several car park runs made while we were away. A child seat was removed from the back seat and put in the boot to make way for more passengers.
Half a tank of fuel was gone and the tank was virtually empty.
The front alloys were badly scuffed and the tyres had sustained cuts to the tyre walls which were so deep that I had to replace them the following day.
This was just the start of the nightmare.
We got back to our house to find two fine notices for entering low emissions zones in London and a letter from the Metropolitan Police saying that our car was involved in an incident while we were away.
The incident being that in the early hours of one morning the car was stopped in London, the driver was breathalysed and found to be over the drink drive limit. On arrival at the police station he assaulted a police officer and deliberately urinated on the floor, but the icing on the cake was that he was an illegal immigrant without a valid driving license.
The hiring of illegal immigrants alone can lead to heavy fines and a prison sentence.
Irrespective of my own terrible experience with this company - and the scores of other similar stories - this company should be closed down and investigated purely on the fact that they are guilty of hiring illegal immigrant staff.
I have written to the company but I don’t expect anything to happen.
However, If I don’t hear anything I will take it further.
I hope and expect that they will be prosecuted for the illegal immigrant offence and closed down anyway, but in the meantime do yourself a favour and steer well clear of this mob. Personally I will not use a meet and greet service again, which is a shame because I’m sure that there are reputable companies out there, but after this experience I wouldn’t want to risk it.
These people should be in jail
Waited 30 mins to be met on drop off. 4 hours on arrival. Rang 87 times to get through. That is not an exaggeration. Have since noticed big scratch on car and received two parking tickets in the post. These people should be barred from owning a business.

After calling them once we had landed, was told it would be 40-50 mins. Proceeded to wait 2 hours, called several times, and were told it would be 20 mins each time. They the stopped answering the phone.
There was another couple who were also calling them who were told that they couldn't find their car and it was in a locked compound. They ended up taking a taxi home which was 2.5 hours away!
Eventually our car was delivered, but can't understand how this company is still operating! The driver said the manager had done a runner and he was unsure if he would be paid. As soon as he got his money he would be leaving as it was such a shambles.
Just hope people check these reviews and don't use them, I certainly should have done!

Avoid Avoid Avoid!!! A friend of ours recently used this company and their car has been stolen! They returned back to Gatwick and phoned the company to collect their car and were told that it would take 30minutes for them to deliver their car. 30minutes went by and no car. They phoned again and were told that they couldn't find the keys so it would take any 30minutes, this was a lie too. After waiting 4 hours at Gatwick calling over and over again they answered the phone to say the car is missing. This is a SCAM! Please don't use this company, 9/10 you won't get your car back.

This company run by goon sitting at home refuse to give their company address after hiding my car somewhere.
I booked parking on 4th December till 7th January and now they can't find my car till 8th January afternoon.
I had to book cab from Gatwick to my home costing me £120. I stayed with my kids at the airport in cold weather and my son 7 years old got cold due to a nonsense representative of the company saying wait at the drop off and car will be there within 15 minutes. After half an hour when in called him again, he replied that he is trying to find my car.
Now at 15:27 on 8th January when I called him he bluntly started abusing me in PUNJABI of wasting his time as he's too busy doing frauds with other new customers.
I have pick and drop my son to school therefore i offered him my services to find my car myself but
He refused to give me his office or yard address as I offered him to find my car myself if he's not interested in finding my car.
I believe they rent out cars for their business too and give away parked cars on rent.
These people doesn't know what Professionalism or customer services are.

This is the first and last time I will ever use 365 on arrival I phoned through 30 minutes before arriving at Gatwick after more calls and over an hours wait the driver arrived demanding £20 of me or would not take my car so worried about missing our flight I had to pay plus the car park ticket of over £13 because of the wait on coming back I phoned in the airport and went to the car park after so many calls and at one point being told they couldn’t locate my car and also the same for a family next to me of which had two young children I eventually got my car after waiting over three hours and when I got in the car drink had been spilled all over the centre console please please people never use this company rude and totally unprofessional

On our way to Gatwick, we rang ahead 30 minutes before arriving at the car park but there was no response, even after trying 8 or 9 times.
We arrived ok but it was slightly disorganised at the car park (people were unclear about paying extra parking fees) but we managed to drop off the car after queuing up for some time.
On our return in the early morning, I rang the number just after picking up our baggage. Luckily, someone answered but said that we needed to be prepared to wait for up to an hour because it was busy due to early/late flights (surely that’s a fairly normal occurrence?)
We made our way to the 5th floor of Car Park as instructed but realised that other people waiting for their cars were being told to go to 3rd & 4th floor for their cars.
We rang the number countless times but no answer - assume the team were understaffed.
We finally got through & were told to go to the 4th Floor. There were a lot of people waiting with us and one poor lady had been waiting for 2 hours and still no sign of her car.
Our car arrived but was shockingly filthy and was even covered with cobwebs! We had dropped it off relatively cleanly.
Was it shoved in an old barn or field?
Furthermore, one of the staff had clearly eaten a sandwich in the car & shoved the empty packet in the driver’s side pocket.

AVOID. Also known as Travel Extra Deals Ltd this company operates under many different names including 365 Valet Parking and Meet and Greet.
On arrival I had to drop off at North Terminal, despite my flight departing from South Terminal. On my return trip I had to wait 90 minutes for the car to be dropped off at South Terminal despite reassurance that it was 10 mins away. I explained to the guy (when I finally got through) that I had to collect my daughter, who had been in the car for 3 hours completing another journey, and he said “I don’t care, we get all the excuses” I said she had a condition and it’s not good for her to be in the car for that long and I’d appreciate some urgency, he replied “I don’t care, write a post on Twitter”
I was also told I could get a taxi to their holding pen instead of waiting. This is a meet and greet service. A poorly run company with poor communication and a terrible business plan. They’ve seen the dollars on the back of a cigarette packet, yet have no clue how to execute the business. AVOID

I waited for over 5 hours to collect my car called over 40 times and never got a response.In the end I took a train home.When I returned a day later, I waited for 2 hours while they searched their various appallingly dirty and disorganised sites for my car. In the end they found my keys and told me my car was in North Terminal (not South where it had been dropped off) where it had been for 72 hours..I had to pay a further £90 to get out of the car park. Absolute rogues.
