Unwilling to amend booking with 19 hours notice
Called into the Valet parking customer service centre this morning as realised I had incorrectly booked parking at the South Terminal. As I had called in ONLY 19 hours before my arrival, was told I am unable to change my booking and would have to park and then get the monorail between terminals. Ive used them many times but this will be the last
North Terminal Valet Parking staff attitude
When I got to the car park entry was confusing, the signs were too low down to see to turn in to the bay so after the waving of your car park attendant I then cut through to get to park. I also had with me a disabled passenger that was paralysed.
Your staff attitude was disgusting. I was asked if I was blind and I told your staff member to drop his attitude with me and he decided to not only walk off but also to get his manager. He would also not let me take a picture of his credentials and kept jumping away.
The manager said that he was the big boss and no one else I can complain too. He also would not let me take his details and did the same thing. The manager sided with his staff member and it just seemed I was in a culture argument. Both extremely aggressive and rude, not sure I paid for that type of service. Never ever had an issue with South always north your staff seem to be on an ego trip. You have signs about not abusing your staff members but that doesn’t give them the right to abuse your customers.
When I picked up my car the left wing…
When I picked up my car the left wing mirror was missing! Literaly it was stolen from their parking facility. The manager told me probably the mirror left off the car!! Has anyone heard of a mirror falling off the car out of the blue? Maybe in another planet where gravity takes everything apart..maybe in the center of the galaxy...The guy was playing with my patience. I had to drive 2 hours into the night after an 8 hr journey, without my left mirror. No safety in their parking, they didn't even mention that they will look at the cameras to see what's happened. They just told me they will replace it at a nearby garage..you will receive a call. No surprises from the guy in shift.. like this is happening all the time...One more great customer service ..as always ..health and safety above all in UK.. Congratulations guys...keep up the good work!

Shocking, car was not there when I arrived, when it finally arrived it was left open. Have complained but customer service is shocking and not responding
Awful - damaged our car and will not respond!
We left our car for a few days whilst on holiday, picked it up at midnight, drove home. Found the day after it had been badly scratched whilst at Gatwick. Called to raise a complaint but no joy ... cunningly, they take lots of pictures of your vehicle on entry (they shared these, it was undamaged) but apparently none on exit - how convenient! They said sorry, it is up to people to check their vehicles thoroughly before exiting 'as we had been reminded' (but we weren't). Plus it is not really valet as you need to go and collect your car, or we would have seen the damage!
Avoid like the plague, con artists
What a shower no reply after having to cancel hence requesting refund now 6 weeks n nothing. Looks like fraud to me so I will deal with this as appropriate.

Avoid at all costs. Totally inept and dishonest. Kept my young family waiting for 45 minutes at drop off and over an hour at pick up. Total cowboy outfit.

Car left with Valet Parking and also due a 'full' valet while booked in. The car looked great.
Except......my house keys have disappeared. I thought leaving them in the car (rather than taking them abroad) was the safest option. It would appear not.

Worrying experience.
Had to wait over an hour for car, so no benefit, in fact worse than Long Stay with bus. Operator lied that there had been a traffic accident causing delay, verified untrue. Whilst waiting I found Trust Pilot reviews. Having read those, frankly I’m glad I got car back. Shocking.
Lost car key
Lost car key, made us stay in a hotel overnight, made us hire a car to get our spare car key. Overall owed £900 which has been enforced by a county court judgement (when taken to small claims court). Still not being paid.
This company is totally illegal. We are going to freeze their bank assets.
Can’t send bailiffs as their registered address is fake and not where they work

It was pleasure working for them but at same time I felt sorry for the customer constantly asking where’s the vehicle at or where’s the compound how’s long is it gone take. We just got told say idk just call customer service ask them for your vehicle. Anyone was allowed to drive vehicle customers car where dead battery we would use other people cars to jump start.🤣🤣

365 valet....45 minutes to collect car when we arrived at gatwick over an hour to deliver it back to us.Only ones waiting at Gatwick north. car had done over 60 miles clearly been used to take drivers back and forth to airport evidence left in boot with a box of their receipts. empty mcdonald wrappers left in car by thier drivers when collected. last point stole small amount of change from cup holder. Will stick to gatwick longstay in future

I wish I had read the reviews before i booked with them. The worst company I have ever dealt with. To cut a long story short, I arrived at North termional, they delivered the car to south terminal and left it there for me to pick up. Rude and unprofessional. They need to be stopped!

They are the worst parking company you can find, I have left my car with them for about 4 days of absence in which they used it for more than 128 miles during this time. acceding the maximum speed with a notification and a penalty from the POLICE for speeding, upon my return I found it with an emergency fuel level after having left it with a full tank and in terrible conditions, for this reason I realize that They have used my vehicle during this time and more confirmed with the letter from the POLICE in which they notify me of speeding with a penalty and reduction of 6 points from the license, so I advise them that it is better to leave the car on the street with the doors open and the keys in place to leave it in the hands of this company, which I think they use the cars that are left in their hands as uber or minicar.

On return to Gatwick had to call 3 times to check where car was.
The controller rang the driver who told him he was caught in traffic by the the South Terminal.
When he finally arrived he has a McDonald's takeaway in the car. It was obvious why he was late.

Arrived on the morning of our flight to be told I did not have a booking with them. I had not received an email confirmation confirming the booking, so I had called the company and they said they could see I had made a booking with them and to just turn up on the morning, which I did, to then be told they couldn't find the booking. I then parked in the long stay car park or I would have missed our flights. This then cost me £220 for the week. I then got an email asking to leave a review on how my experience was!!!!! I sent an email and got a response back saying they would look into the matter. Nearly 2 months later, 7 emails asking for a response, a refund and compensation for the inconvenience and still nothing. Do not use this company and avoid like the plague
