Avoid at all cost! This company is a Scam
Nightmare. Placed one an order on 27Sep, the checkout page suggested 2-4days, it only arrived 10Oct which was 14days. Returning is another mission, no QR code as options, you would need to first wait for their site to update the order status that took a day, then print out 4papers and return address is not in UK but Italy. Now another 10days I m still waiting for an update.
The second order placed on 2Oct, I asked to cancel it on 15Oct because there was no movement at all. they replied to my email said they "would" cancel it, I had to send emails again and again to reconfirm the status. Today 20Oct, no update on their order tracking page, no confirmation of refund, all their replies were robotic message like "We will cancel ASAP", "We will refund ASAP", "As soon as we received a feedback" blablabah. RUBBISH CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I will raise a dispute to my bank if I dont hear back from them by the end of Oct.
This is the first time and also the last time.
NEVER AGAIN.

A total disaster their shipping procedure. 17 days still waiting a pair of trousers already paid. Avoid them at least online
Bad quality garment
Bad quality garment, not worth £60 - it obviously came from China, so worth about £6. Had to send it all the way back to Italy for heavens sake. Return eventually received, refund not. I will not use this company again. There is something unsavoury about it.

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! I sent a return back using a UPS parcel point (local shop) providing all the required documentation (2 copies of the proforma invoice) however the parcel was then sent back to me, as apparently the documents were not attached to the parcel!!
I am now having to return the item at my own personal expense, incl all potential duties, solely due to the incompetency of their carrier’s agent.
Absolutely shocking
Absolutely shocking. Order finally arrived after 13 days (the website says 2-4 days). I want to return one item ("Returns are free and simple"). The return form will not accept my email or order number, I have tried 5 times with the correct information and they say it doesn't match their data. This is a seriously flawed company and looking at the other reviews I can't understand how their online service is still allowed to operate. Note they never reply to any of the reviews. Avoid at all cost, however fond you used to be of Benetton.
Disappointing Customer Support
I ordered three items online on order number P06237494. I will not be shopping online with Benetton again. There is a 14 day returns policy. I missed the returns window due to a family emergency (I am keeping two items and wish to return one). I emailed Benetton to request an extraordinary return and received an automated email response confirming that the items can no longer be returned. So far, as per protocol. However, I have since written and phoned and suggested that as an online shopping offering, the customer service is shoddy and really not acceptable for our digital age. No reply to the email and an underwhelming response on the phone. Benetton has lost sight of the customer. I would urge caution if shopping with them online.

I ordered two items, P06256673 and P06256681, which went on 50% sale right after my order. One is not even delivered yet. I contacted to ask whether they can adjust the price, informing that I would otherwise return my and reorder, but this is not the optimal option. They straight up replied they do not do price adjustments. The delivery is to Italy. Just avoid, Benetton is a fast fashion company that does not care about environment.
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Dont order from them. Did not ship half of the products in my order. Due to this, i had to return a couple of products but their return service is horrible. Sent n number of emails but no one responds. Finally return got picked up but they arent refunding the money. Emails going to deaf ears. Save your money, buy somewhere else
Absolutely awful Customer Service
Absolutely awful Customer Service. I ordered a polo shirt for my husbands birthday. It arrived on the 4th of July and his birthday was whilst we were on holiday abroad on the 15th of July and we didnt return to the UK till the 22nd of July. The polo shirt sent has a size large label on it however it is clearly a medium as someone else bought him the exact same polo shirt from Benetton in a different colour and it is much larger. Tried to contact customer services and sent photos of the size difference and they are not interested at all as it is out of the 14 day return period. I have e-mailed several times and am not getting anywhere with them. I have now contacted my credit card company for a refund.

I ordered from Benetton UK on 14 July, expecting standard UK delivery within 2–5 working days as advertised.
Only after checkout did I realise the item was shipping from abroad, which was not made clear on the site.
It’s now over 8 working days later, and the parcel still hasn’t arrived. I’m not going to be home and beside not being able to use my items as I planned I contacted Benetton urgently to ask for a delivery delay or alternative solution, since I won’t be able to sign for the package. Their response? “Contact UPS yourself” — even though I’ve already tried, with no success. UPS calls just get disconnected or now it got to the point it says "contact the sender"
Benetton takes no responsibility for late delivery, offers no flexibility, and seems happy to let the order fail even when it’s entirely their delay causing the issue.
Horrible, I feel annoyed with myself thinking it's a reputable company and not checking.
Absolutely appalling customer service
Absolutely appalling customer service. I ordered a couple of items on their website but between me filling in my address and them confirming my order they lost an important part of my address. I emailed them to get this corrected straight away, and while they replied fairly quickly the reply was totally useless, telling me they already had my address (they repeated the incorrect one) to which I replied again explaining and supplying the correct details only for them to completely ignore this and send my order out to the incorrect address. I’ve no idea what happens now but I won’t receive the order!

Absolutely awful customer care experience. Order P06171010 - Bought a size 44 linen trousers and they sent a 54. Trying to return them as they are 5 sizes bigger than what I ordered but they won't accept it because its 2 days after the 14 days window even if the error was on their side. I am now stuck with a massive pair of trousers that I will never wear when I only want a replacement with the right size. Unbelievable. So disappointing from such a big well known brand.

This company do not even deserve one star. They are shocking avoid at all costs. They take your money, you return and they do not send refund. About to report to credit card as they have ignored all attempts to contact. The on line email system does not work and the phone number is discontinued. Appalling shop, would not even buy from a shop after this experience.
Terrible customer service and returns policy
I wish I had read the reviews on here before ordering from them. Their returns policy is so unclear. I kept having to call them as their online returns wouldn’t work. They then sent me an email with some things I had to print out. But with no instructions of what I was supposed to do with these forms, so I rang them again, only to be told I needed to print off 3 copies of the form and then take it to a UPS shop. It didn’t state that anywhere on the email. The customer service were so rude. So now I’m stuck with an overpriced shirt I don’t want as I’ve run out of the limited 14 days you get to return an item. A joke of a company. Avoid!!
