Lock arrived quickly and fitted into the space of the old one perfectly. The lock appears to be a better quality product than my old one so that’s a positive. The drawings of the lock on the website with tele ant sizes on it was what made me use this supplier. Excellent website and excellent products.

Excellent service, took in a broken UPVC door locking mechanism, they identified and replaced the faulty part within 5 minutes, tested it to make sure everything was ok and only charged me for the part used.
