The $25 wire fee covers the bank's cost for next-business-day processing. However, check withdrawals are completely free, and we're developing ACH withdrawals as another free alternative (though not as fast as wires).

False advertisement
I got a delivery of my gold maple coin. Their website bragged about that the maple coin is one of the most popular products because of its.9999 purity. I received a.999 instead of .9999! There was absolutely nothing about we are receiving.999 on their advertisement. I called the company but a customer representative said it’s the same value. I think not. Then if I wanted exchange I have to pay the shipping. My husband called and got a supervisor and back and forth with this issue several times finally the supervisor “sort of admitted their flawed excuses and pay for the shipping fee. But at the same time the supervisor also said “I don’t know what they (meaning the storage facility warehouse) are going to send you”. So the HAA doesn’t have any control over the metals are send out at all. I didn’t want to deal with even more inferior gold male to be sent to me so I decided not go through with the exchange. I think it’s a false advertisement on their part and I will not trust this company anymore.
