A quick and friendly service with great communication. Would highly recommend.

The staff were very helpful and were available when needed.. I think the process with new buyers require patience with the technical jargon used inthe letters etc but most stuff was explained and I felt looked after.

Awful from start to still not finish

Instructed Gordon Brown Law Firm Chester le Street to act on our behalf to help with our conveyancy and having never sold a house before my partner and I assumed using the people who dealt with the purchase of the house when my partner would make it a smooth and easy process how wrong was I.

We are over 2 months in now and not a completion date in sight , they don`t return calls have now lost some paperwork that they need to progress the sale of the property.

It has now caused us to loose our completion date deadline because of the incompetency of Gordon brown law firm at a cost to ourselves all I can hope is that people read this review and never use these people to save themselves all the hassle , stress and money lost.
