On time delivery and met the quality expectations

I had mixed feelings NOT ON THE PRODUCT SUPPLIED NOR THE SHIPMENT. I was surprised that the price advertised was 17 euros cheaper then the checked out price on final transactions. Also it was weird that on the email order confirmation I received and all the subsequent correspondence I received a confirmation copy that included my previous order worth 40 plus euros. My first impressions were concerning a mistake for a wrong product ordered. But in the bellow text my new order was also reported. Scary to feel that I could have duplicated a previous ordered product with a new order. Hope I was clear enough

This set of Premiere drums was purchased for recording and rehearsal use in my studio. ( I am primarily a guitarist) Really happy with the quality of the drums and hardware. Pro level, and with proper tuning and setup sound very good. The hi-hats are basically junk, however, and I immediately replaced them with a nice pair of Turkish from Ringo Music. Then I added a good Meinl ride cymbal. All told, very nice set for under 800 Euros.

Delivery and quality of the desk materials is really great! The only issue is related to the sizes. It is impossible to insert a master 88 keyboard into the sliding drawer either for length and for height, it is too tight.
I would suggest for the future to take this into consideration.

Ordered a supposedly new guitar, got a used one.
I'm not sure if it was owned by someone else or just displayed / used at a physical store, but it had definitely been played before as there were grime marks all over the fretboard, and there was dust on the guitar between the pickups and between the bridge pick up and the bridge.

Also, the fretboard itself was chipped and glued back hastily in three different spots. This one might have been a fault of the factory but this store did not mention it anywhere.

No description of the state of this guitar existed anywhere, and it wasn't listed as used or a display item, nor was it discounted at all.

Customer support didn't apologize directly or admit fault (they just said 'we're sorry you had a bad experience') and only offered an about 5% refund for what happened.

I will never buy from this store again.
