Bought item never received- sent out two emails and they've both been completely ignored. I wouldn't recommend. Literally the worst service you could get. No way of contacting other than an email address which clearly doesn't work.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - No opportunity to leave a ZERO rating as this company is a scammer! Ordered some plants, chased several time and no reply.

I should have read the reviews first. I ordered two trees, no receipt, no tracking number, no response! Fortunately I paid by PayPal and got a refund.

Same as so many, no item arrived, i paid for quick delivery as advised, and now no response no refund no answer when i call, i have reported to my bank but dont hold out much hope. Facebook market place i will never buy from the site again. No controll no follow up. I’m so fed up with having to look over my shoulder every time i want or need to buy anything. Back to the shops but i want really people, so bored of serve your self. People need jobs. Frustrated like you cant believe

I would award zero stars if I could. I ordered a dog ramp through Facebook marketplace and was told delivery would be in 2-4 days. Now, 7 weeks later there is no sign of it. I’ve been in email contact with Ben Farr - just loads of excuses. I asked for a refund - needless to say it’s not happened.
Don’t touch this company - they’re frauds and crooks

Total scammers. I ordered via Facebook market place . They took £169. 00 and never sent the order. No one ever responds to their email address and no one answers the phone number. The contact on Facebook just fovvrd me off and then got nasty and the. stopped responding once I said I realised the were scammers. I have reported them to police.

Awful company....total scam! Sent my order back to be refunded and still waiting on my refund 6weeks later, sent several emails and no reply, sent messages on the 24/7 help and no reply. Avoid this company

Via FB Marketplace, misleading photos, trees came from a third party. Trees returned and refund never received after chasing Ben Farr many times and being ignored, told me my refund would take up to 30 days, times up, now reported to Trading Standards.

Please please please don’t use this company gearcourt. I bought 30 cherry laurel plants. Communication was very good initially with a lady called Tracy. Once I had made payment she sent me a confirmation email but no further communication for weeks. I waited 2 weeks and started texting and ringing Tracey. When she did reply back. She kept fobbing me off and telling me plants will be delivered soon. Been 4 weeks now. Still no delivery. I got my money back from my credit card. This company does not sell or hold any plants. They will take your money and not deliver the goods. Scam.

Awful company. Using Facebook marketplace to sell things "locally" that dont arrive on time, no phone number to contact them. They promised a vat invoice but nothing, despite chasing them up. Reported to HMRC.

Asking for refund as don't want too deal with a so called company that take your money but don't reply ever or delivery what you've ordered!!
Please don't use this company worst customer service I have ever dealt with !!!

After reading some of the reviews I agree this is a scam I ordered on 24th June over a month later and still no plants and can not get a reply have asked for a refund still nothing it's a disgrace

How do i get my money back as they took my money and items have not arrived, they are not calling me back

Do not trust any of the positive reviews.
I placed an order on the 18th July.
I was told it would be delivered in 3-5 days.

The Shop App to track the order was providing incorrect information from the outset. Saying that the item had been shipped and received which is totally incorrect.

I requested repeatedly for the courier company details and a tracking number. Not provided.

Actually, a very unprofessional and unpleasant communication then proceeded. The contact person said they had the tracking number but were not prepared to share details. When I said I would reach out to my bank and begin the process for a dispute if the order tracking number and courier details were not provided. I then received all this communication regarding whether I would receive the item and also begin chargeback.

So effectively making me out to be a dishonest person. Saying I would begin chargeback and receive the item. Still no item and it is now 8 days and counting since the order was placed.

I have been in correspondence with a FAKE person "Olivia" on Facebook. Not a real person but a cover for the company founder.
The company founder on Companies House is Ben MacDonell Farr. No filing of accounts.

If you do choose to purchase only use a CREDIT CARD. If you don't you will sadly not see the item ordered or your money.

Scam company. Loads of people selling from this company on Facebook. With new profiles that have just been set up… they are desperate for people to order and desperate for business. Do not order from these scammers

SCAMMERS. They advertise items they don’t actually have, and then drop ship them from places like eBay. What is being advertised is not what you will receive.
Customer service skills are non existent and they send rude and threatening emails. AVOID.

It’s a scam. The picture of the plant is not what you get. The picture is usually one of a fully grown plant at over a metre tall. The plant you receive is 50 to 70cm tall WITH THE POT… You can buy a plant like that for £10 in the UK. These people have no stock and just order plants off EBay. This is a well rehearsed Turkish scam
