Paid £40 for 2 fishing reels which I did not receive and didn't reply when I asked for a refund,also took advantage down from Facebook marketplace.

This company needs to be closed, why is it still opened i do not understand

Avoid at all costs, ordered some laurels, never delivered, managed to finally get hold of the thieving con artists to then eventually be blocked. Been in contact with the bank, companies house and HMRC.

Total scam! My order never arrived and when I tried to follow up on it I got ignored completely, DONT shop here!!

Scam site - ordered a pair of ramps. Got an order confirmation but no delivery. There is no customer service - they dont answer the chat line and dont respond to e-mails. Check it for yourself before considering placing an order. Avoid.

I ordered some homeware which came swiftly and great quality.

Order from this company before and decided to order again. Delivery was just as quick as last time I ordered.

As mentioned by loads before- I should have checked Trustpilot, they are total scammers.

Hundreds of adverts by different people on Facebok Marketplace all leading to the spurious gearcourt website.

Have now started a reclaim via Santander, reported to Polce and sent an anonymous report to Companies House

Wish I had come here first. Been scammed out of £170 and doubt I’ll ever see it again. Don’t buy from these people! How they live with themselves is beyond me.

If I could rate this company at a zero I would.
Basically they advertise on Facebook marketplace so it looks like a local company. It’s not, they are based in Scotland. They say they can deliver your items by xx date. They don’t. You ask for a refund. They say they will refund you in 5-7 days but they won’t. They are complete thieving scammers. Please don’t put any orders their way because they will either not deliver it to agreed timescales or keep you cash. I’ve just had to raise a dispute with my bank to get it all back. When I emailed them, accusing them of scamming, their response is rude, blunt and basically don’t care at all. I work for the nhs - hardly well paid, and they think it’s ok to thieve money. It’s not. I will also be reporting to Trading Standards. Not good!

Just like everybody else I have been scammed by this company. I which I checked Trustpilot before purchasing something from their website which I found via a Facebook marketplace add. I have not received the item I purchased and have reported the profile & add to Facebook

I wish I’d checked trust pilot first, absolute scam company, paid for ramps and nothing arrived, as per every review on here.

Never received my item like everyone else!! After messages back and forth on Facebook they told me my item was sent weeks ago which was a lie! When I asked for a tracking number they gave me a fake one and said it must be something wrong with Royal Mail, I ordered months ago!! Absolute scam of a company!!

Absolutely shocking company

Places a order for a clothes rail Firstly took weeks to arrive then after it did it was missing part😡 still not sorted it they told me it would be replaced and a return label sent to me send back this one that’s missing parts (didn’t happen) am still waiting then accused me of lying and blamed me the abuse from the person behind Facebook page on market place was shocking

Spoke to manager via text again took hours to reply and when I called they don’t answer they are very rude and i definitely would be using them again I have requested a refund through my bank because there aren’t co operating I have all the prove too don’t use this company it’s now 5 weeks on and still no label to return and the last message to me today was am running out of time just really rude and zero customer service skills

I have ordered a doorbell ring and a security camera few weeks ago off facebook market, received nothing and there reading my messages and totally blanking me absolutely scam

I Bought laurel hedges never received- sent out two emails and text twice they've both been completely ignored. I wouldn't recommend. Literally the worst service you could get. No way of contacting other than an email address which clearly doesn't work.

Ordered Cherry Laurels and tried to contact them via email and had no response. Messaged via messenger app and just got waffle on when order would be delivered. Do not use this Company.

This company is a scammer company and does not actually have any stock. They take your money and you will never receive the goods. Ordered hedge plants and never received the goods. I am now pursuing them through the county courts and have emailed companies house to have them taken off the company register as a fraudulent company. I am also informing the vat office to have an internal investigation done as the company is taking vat illegally.
No way of getting hold of them as they only have an email but do not answer the emails.

Just a massive scam. Take your money and then no contact. Just shows you should do your research first. Do not buy from them unless you want to lose your money.
