Ordered garden bulbs - promised delivery with a fortnight. 5 weeks on still waiting and not answering emails

Bought an Item on the 2nd Nov 2024. Was meant to be delivered 3-5 working days.
Still waiting for delivery. They keep insisting that product has been delivered. They cannot provide any proofs.
The manager never replies. STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT A NICE XMAS.

I ordered some garage storage racks, never received them and there not answering my messages.

Do not order from this Company as you will not get it! I ordered seven months ago still haven't received it and still haven't got a refund, I sent countless emails back and forth, but nothing - they are scammers, poor communication, totally unfriendly service. Just want to take your money. Avoid them! Wish I could give 0 stars. Don't order anything for Christmas because you probably won't get it rubbish company, rip-off, 100%

Horrendous.
Bought a product.
Hasn’t been delivered and no responses to my emails / social media accounts / phone calls.
Shut the company down!!!

They market themselves on Facebook. Posting an item and telling you to complete the purchase on their website. Be careful, it may sound a good deal but think again before paying, as these deals are way too good to be true.

I have ordered a product through this company - it hasn't arrived. Zero comms apart from a really rude message to say "just Wait" when I asked for an update. I've raised a dispute with Barclays.
This company needs shutting down. Look at the really recent reviews! Horrific! Must be a front.

What a disgrace this bunch of charlatan's are.
I urge you NOT to use them and like a lot of the others who have commented feel that 1 star is too generous.
I ordered 2 shelving units (£100) and was promised delivery withing 3-5 days, needless to say nothing ever appeared and as predicted they do not respond. Luckily the bank took pity and I was able to get a refund but please please please DO NOT ORDER with them..

DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!

Contacted them via FB marketplace where I was directed to the website. I placed an order for £182.99 including express delivery.
I kept chasing them for an update with no success!

I had to contact my bank and change my debit card and log a dispute with visa.

If I had read these reviews beforehand…. I would never have placed the order. Thankfully I had my money returned by the bank but I’ve read here that not everyone is as successful.

They Advised me to download the Shop app, So I could track my order. At 1 o’clock the day of expected delivery it said they had been delivered two hours ago…. So I sent them a screenshot to ask for proof of delivery as in photographic evidence or signed manifest.
They had the audacity to tell me to go and check with my neighbours 😡 That’s right, 10 x 5ft Conifers could’ve been placed under my doormat!

When I said that they had an hour to get me an update or I was going to be contacting my bank, they’ve blocked me on messenger. I had made several attempts to phone the mobile phone number that was listed on their website and I even emailed them! Not a single reply, even to my voicemails.

All I can say is avoid at all costs, If you are one of the fortunate ones to get your products then happy days but it seems that more people have not received their items then have.

I have also reported them to trading standards and it seems that the individual who Is set up as a director of this company is 22 years old! I’m all for entrepreneurship…. But when you’ve clearly got a number of people in creating Facebook profiles purely with a view to Scam people out of money Then I’m sorry…. You deserve to be reported!

I wish I’d read these reviews before placing my order.
No service, no reply to emails, or calls - please avoid this company!!!
Much like fellow reviews, I’d give no stars if possible - as the service (and product) was non existent.
After my express delivery was over two weeks without being delivered, Ben did reply to one email, saying I’d get a full refund - needless to say this refund was never provided.
I had to contact my bank to get them to refund - and I would urge anyone who has fallen foul of this company to do the same as, if this is repeated enough, his bank will close his account.
Much like a recent review, we too have contacted trading standards in a hope Ben is closed down and prevents others from falling victim to this blatant Facebook fraud.
Shame on Facebook for their inaction with fraud via there platform.

Just an update.
Previously posted about lack of contact following non delivery of shrubs ordered.
Well I escalated a complaint about non supply to PayPal. They gave the company until 3rd November to reply to their email to gearcourt. They failed to reply to PsyPal so they have refunded me in full.
I did have further contact from the seller on facebook marketplace but was just full of abuse and lies. I reported the scam to Facebook who have decided to take no action. Shame on facebook.
I have not finished with this yet. I am goingbtobtrading standards and companies house and I would suggest if more people do this, then this scammer will be stopped. Good luck

I'm only giving this one star as otherwise I can't write this piece. I too, stupidly, bought via this 'company', after ridiculous conversations with Ben I then contacted CAB and Trading Standards who advised me to contact my bank as I had purchased with my debit card. I sent them all the information I had to prove that this company were refusing to refund my money, £79.99 for trees that were different to advertisement. Without question they refunded my money before they had received it from Gearcourt because they knew they had acted unprofessionally. So I urge you firstly to NEVER use this company and contact your bank/card provider to get your money back for you.

I paid for express shipping (1-3 days) on Friday of last week. The purchase is still in a 'fulfilment stage', having emailed them multiple times to no response I was forced to buy something similar from another company. I've emailed them again for a refund of the full amount including shipping hopefully they respond.

Zero stars. And scammers. Taken the hard earned money. Ordered the door cam and never received and no updates.

Terrible experience, took way longer to arrive than expected.
Poor quality clothes rail that was not at all heavy duty as promised, broken within a month, no reply when queried about refund.

I ordered a product to be 'express' delivered to me by the 17th of October. It's now the 24th and not only have i NOT received anything, my efforts to communicate with Gearcourt have been ignored. I have had no update, no answer to my email, Nothing, I have never experience such poor customer service. What an absolute con- I want a refund and I would recommend anyone steer clear of giving this company your money.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS “COMPANY”. I ordered from Facebook marketplace and was asked to place the order online. The site appeared legit, the lock on the address bar reassured me that it was a secure site but yet when I ordered the fire guard it never arrived. I messaged on Facebook to check the order they actually responded to say it was in transit even though I never received a confirmation email. I waited and it still didn’t arrive. It’s now 3 weeks later and I’m fuming that I fell for this.

***To update this post I have since reported this to trading standards. I’m hoping to get something for it as Facebook havn't been helpful. ***

Nothing received after 2 weeks of ordering, no tracking provided and don’t respond to emails. Suspect they wait for orders then but from China. Had to file a case with Klarna. Never again
