Found the part I needed quite easily. Just checked the code on the product and matched it on the website. My delivery did not turn up as expected, so I contacted them about it. They replied that day, found my delivery was handed to my neighbour. All in all, I couldn't fault my experience.

First off - what a selection! Ordered the hanger and it arrived next day. well made and finished, fitted the frame perfectly. Good price too. The frame retailer/manufacturer no longer stocked this. So save the expense of a new frame
