Hi!
I bouth a Xiaomi mi6 yesterday 23-7-2017 but when I checked the address I saw was wrong, the day after I Talk with the online chat and Everything was resolver. Now I'm just waiting for my parcel and I Hope everything Will be ok.

The respose was really fast and professional.

Extremely arrogant and annoying behaviour

I have been waiting for 30 business days. I sent them the proof from my Post office that I haven't received the parcel and they say to me to wait even more. When I asked the employee in the chatroom why do I have to wait even more as the maximum period of time has exceeded and I have confirmed that I haven't received the parcel she applied like this:

sir, sorry, we have told u, if u have no profo,we wjll need 3 monthsthanks
if u have we need 2 weeeks to check
if u can not wait, ok pl wait for 3 month thanks

If you cannot wait for 2 weeks wait for 3 months. Look how arrogant those guys are. When they asked me to pay I paid instantly (not within 30 business days) and not two more weeks. They are extremely arrogant.

p.s. Yesterday when I asked them to give me a site to write a negative review they told me that they don't know any site to write a review for Geekbuying. But when I bought the mobile phone they offered me a "gift" to write a positive review
