Terrible company
Terrible company. They did a pending charge for $100 x 2 for my tech issue (needed help with a VBA Excel macro), when it should have been only one charge. When on the phone, the first level rep couldn't solve the problem. Then, on a later call the second level rep couldn't solve it either....The pending charges did drop off shortly and I received an email that I would not be charged since they couldn't solve the problem. They then charged me $36. I had to connect with another rep who said the charge would be refunded in a few days, and that never happened. I had to do a dispute with my credit card company in the end.
These people are knowledgeable, lazy and dishonest. Do not do business with these morons!
Do not use this site
Do not use this site. Their “experts” are far from it. I wasted 40 minutes thinking I was making progress, but left right where I started. I reached out for a partial refund, but was shut down by customer support. Stay far away from this company, they are terrible.
Stay away!!!!
I called Canon to help me get a new printer working and got transferred to this company which said my computer was real messed up (I was getting fatal error messages). I had to print as there was a death in the family and I needed to print paperwork so I let them do their thing.when it was over I could print using my mobile hotspot. I paid the money and now I want follow up service and phone numbers don't work and website phone number gets me to a medical alert company. I sent an email and I am waiting a response. I had bad feelings at the time and will report them via my credit card company.

RUN, DON'T WALK AND NEVER HIRE THESE PEOPLE
Extremely rude technician was impatient while I tried to type as fast as I could, I explained I am recovering from major shoulder surgery and I have difficulty typing. He created a temporary folder rendering my entire Outlook emails unaccessible, and then suddenly disappeared with no words, no explanation, nothing. This is a frightening scam, as at that point he had full access to my computer and had me modify my folders to grant him access. This is very frightening. Then he lied and said he completed the job!!! I have never had to modify folders for any online assistance. I think he did not know MAC's and was in over his head, or this is a complete SCAM! He never read my succinct and thorough description of the problem. RUN, DON'T WALK AND NEVER HIRE THESE PEOPLE
*** WARNING! ***
Found out about this filth by typing in geeker.com into Google and finding trustpilot.
After discovering a payment of £6.95 to geeker.com,
who the f*** is geeker.com!? never heard of them let alone make an account with them!
Luckily my bank has blocked them and are now refunding me.
Scamming filth n scum, I'm that angry that if I could burn down their scam ring, I would!
Preferably with them still inside.
Never heard of Geeker and being charged…
Never heard of Geeker and being charged $40. What the hell!?

It's a total SCAM
It's a total SCAM!
I tried canceling online after a $40 dollar international charge through Geeker.com in Malta??? And I'm like "yeah this is probably a scam" but in case I'm wrong and it's just them hiking up their membership fee or whatever (just think Fabletics and the like if you don't buy anything from them every month it's about a $40 dollar charge) I'll try going through the "proper channels".
But obviously it's been so long since I "signed up" I don't remember my password BUT they have this secondary option about your email and card number so I try that. Doesn't work. I have three emails I use so I try all of them with the same card (my only card) and nothing its all the "invalid information" error BUT they have this chat option so I'm like 'it's a scam but I'm not gonna let them know I'm wise to them' and played along.
They gave me the standard apologies and all that bull and help me find the right email (which is bull since I did the same one not five minutes ago with no results) and they say that they've cancelled my account and will send me a confirmation number through email which I DID NOT GET so I called them out about it and they said it'd be within a 24 hour time frame.
The second you click out of the chat though the information disappears. So I'm gonna go back to mess with them some more so I can have proof of this "confirmation number" so I can pester them about it every day I know I won't get it.
Thank god I set up that text alert with my bank otherwise I'd have never known. Time to declare some fraudulent charges and hopefully get some money back.
THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY
first, the rating i would give isn't even on here because i don't even know who this company is! they have been taking money from my husband and my joint savings account. we don't even use it for any other reason but to deposit savings. i should have been looking at it deeper. needless to say, my bank is disputing the 15 charges on my account. If you see an international purchase paired with geeker.com, its fraudulent.
I didn't realize the charges from this …
I didn't realize the charges from this bunch had been on my credit card for 9 months-- stupid me! I have never bought anything from them, have NO IDEA who they are, yet they were bilking me for $19.95/ month.
THEY STOLE $100 FROM MY CARD
THEY STOLE $100 FROM MY CARD! I signed up for a $9.95/month membership and just saw that they have been charging my card every week for 3 months = $103.00. I called their support while I was on the screen that showed it was a $9.95/month membership and she asked which button I clicked to get there. Then the screen vanished and was replaced with a login screen so I have no proof. OMG I AM SO ANGRY!!
DON'T DO IT!!! IT'S A SET UP!!
If I could a 0 I would. You CAN NOT reach customer service. They keep saying you can't speak to anyone because they are having "bad weather" .... in New York?! I've tried putting in my info to cancel the membership(mind you this is ONLY day 2) and it says that my info is wrong. I tried to send for a new password and they can't find my email associated with any account BUT they have my credit card info. When I try to log back in also, it sends me to A different site other than geeker.com EVERY TIME!!! THEY ARE LIARS! THEY ARE CON ARTIST AND THEY ARE PHISHING FOR INFO TO USE AT THEIR DISPOSAL. BEWARE!!!!! DO NOT USE THAT SITE !!!
Scam operation confirmed by my bank
I signed up for a free trial membership with ReadAnyBook.com. I tried to cancel my trial membership and there was no option to cancel. It slipped my mind due to excessive apartment hunting. When I saw that my account was overdrawn their records showed Geeker.com as the culprit. Since my bank confirmed that they are indeed a fraudulent operation, my money was refunded by my bank
Any one who has been scammed by geeker should report it to their bank. Chances are you'll get your money back since they are a confirmed fraudulent operation. My bank also blocked them from making any further withdrawls.
Geeker are criminals
Geeker are criminals. They have been taking money from my bank for months. I thought that I had cancelled my apparent 1 month trial membership and being a bit slack hadn't noticed they have been withdrawing money from my credit card for months. When I tried to cancel this my membership it just boots me off. Thank you for stealing my money Geeker.
Uh oh
Uh oh. Goddamn. Whilst googling for an obscure doco, geeker pops up. I join. I enter my friggen credit card details (im not this dumb, normally). Low & behold, the doco i want to watch does not exist on geeker! What the f! Cancel membership!! Cancel membership!! The option doesn't work! Send an email saying 'cancel membership immediately'. Google 'geeker scam'. Find this place. Try posting it & question whether this is also a scam because i've hit 'post your review now' and it still doesn't post

Was going to sign up...
Thank God I decided to look at these reviews before putting in any of my card information. It's laughable to me that this company keeps trying to act legitimate and answer all of these concerns despite the fact that after going through every single review on here I couldn't find a single one that gave them more than one star. And every review says the same thing, that they are stealing money and refusing refunds. It's ridiculous they haven't been shut down are allowed to continue scamming people

A SCAM FOR SURE!!!!! I was trying to watch a football game …
I was trying to watch a football game Saturday. I typed in "Alabama/Florida game live stream on my fb page and it directed me to discsplay.com where it said I could watch the game only after creating an account. I began doing just that. It said it was a 7day free trial with no charge. I put in my info and then realized I had signed up for geeker.com. They immediately took money from my account. My card has been charged 4 times since Saturday. Today is Tuesday. I had my account cancelled and they are refunding the first charge within the next 21Days. However, the other charges they told me was my generous donations. WHAT?!?!! They refuse to refund them. This is a SCAM!!!!!!!
