I ordered two LOTR FUNKO POP items (Theoden & Witch King) on 28/04/2024. Neither of these have been delivered and it seems I'm unable to get a response by email or by phone (0330 122 4671).
I've raised a dispute with the bank I used to purchase the item and requested a refund.
I raised this as an issue and received a response on 28/06/2024 from Katie stating that the order was marked as dispatched and that they were investigating further. I've had no further communication since then.
If the owner of the company is to read this review I'd be happy for you to contact me (you should be able to identify me using the order details and purchase date above).
Update: As requested I have removed the surname of the employee mentioned although a forename and surname are not enough to count as such.
Please note, if it were easier to contact you/you were more responsive I would not have had to leave this review or action with my bank.
I’d also like to state that nothing in my review is incorrect and your response is unnecessarily rude. If you’re not willing to action the order I suggest you refund this.

SCAMMER SHUT DOWN BY TIKTOK! DO NOT BUY FROM HIM! I bought from his tiktok store 3 cases of pokémon and a booster box with 2 single packs, he wasn’t posting for so long and was ignoring my messages and i was told by others he’s a scammer and checked on scamadviser and he has a 0% trust score! makes sense why he doesn’t accept paypal on his website! anyways he was making excuses saying he has high demand and didn’t have time to post but i see him adding more stock to his store after i bought the last 3 and he increased the price £100! he then started being rude swearing at me cuz i was asking too many questions for his liking, i was calm and he was still just rude and cancelled 3 of my orders all the cases i bought, he lied to tiktok about why he can’t post to me but posted the last order… that order was missing the booster bundle and the 2 packs looked tampered with, he was lying saying he cancelled all my orders and thought i’d be dumb enough to leave it at that but i complained to tiktok and showed all the proof and they gave my money back plus they shut down his store LMAO he also tried to scam my friends the same way, but i got them all to report him, do not buy from him u will lose ur money and it takes so long to come back, just buy elsewhere, they’re loads of cheaper sellers who are nice in customer service too unlike him..

Order #1265GP May 2024
Order #1903GP June 2024
My first order was made in May 2024 for Pokemon 151 products. The owner R.C continually lied about them being posted out to me at different times but I never received them instead of him just being honest that he couldn’t fulfil the order. I have all the email correspondence to confirm the false promises he made to me.
I left a truthful and factual trust pilot review about my negative bad experience with Geek Peek and the owner R.C.
In reply to this, the owner R.C admitted fault and offered me £75 credit if I REMOVED the review I left.
I agreed to remove this if I received the new order with the £75 credit which I made in June (although, everything in this review was true, I offered him a second chance in the hope that he would redeem his previous faults as he blamed everything else but his own running of his company).
I placed the second order and never received it although he said it was with the couriers. I chased this up and I was promised it would be delivered the week commencing 01/07/24. Again, it was never posted and never arrived. When I chased it up again I had to contact him personally on IM has he refused to reply to my emails. He then cancelled the order as he said it was not in stock.
So I was lied to again and again he could not fulfil another order like he has done to so many other people. So where is my £75 credit that he owes me? He’s now gone back on his word and promise.
Why? Because he allows customers to place orders on items that he does not have in stock yet, even though he sets his site up to make it look like there are an abundance of items in stock. This is both misleading and deceiving and the company doesn’t act with honesty and integrity and poor business ethics. He takes no personal responsibility for the poor running of this business and blames customers for his faults or the supply chain.
I continued to email the company and R.C for an explanation and he accused me of being abusive and awful in my messages. Again, more lies as I have all the correspondence with R.C and Geek Peek.
I’ve reported R.C and the company Geek Peek to Trading Standards and Action Fraud.
He’s still accepting pre orders on these products that he can’t provide to customers. He cancelled both my orders, I still have no 151 and don’t have my £75 credit he promised me either!
I have left this factual and truthful review to warn all other potential customers of this company and its owner!

Avoid this company at all costs. You order items any pay for things they don't actually have in stock then ignore all communication you try to make with them and then try and say you are treatening them because you have to hound them for a refund.

Re: 1805GP
I don't normally write reviews unless I have absolutely disgusting service from a company and this is definitely one of them.
Just like many, many, many others, I purchased Pokémon 151 Booster Bundles for my kids birthday, £25 each which I thought was too good to be true but I ordered anyway as the website seemed legit. Clearly should have paid a little more attention to the numerous negative reviews in trust pilot.
Anyways 1 week passed, no communication and no tracking to advise items will be sent. 2 weeks past, I email them on their help desk email, the 'one man band' replies back to say they are very busy and will get item out soon (sack is empty as he couldn't even admit they never had the stock in to send and shouldn't have taken orders) anyways 3 weeks pass, emailed again and this time they say order will be sent w/c x date, guess what, still not sent.
Finally after some back and forth from rich not admitting the truth as it can't be anything else, you ether have the product to send or you don't, it's simple but he can't seem to get the words out of his mouth.
Numerous emails to tell me the company was a 1 man band who couldn't handle the unexpected orders which is nonsense!
The worst part of this all is they are still selling the booster bundles on their website but now for £35 a box instead of the £25 they originally sold me X2 boxes because they want to scalp on the product, I might be wrong but it seems they clearly didn't anticipate the large volume of orders at the £25 price that it's made good business sense to cancel them all and sell at £35! Not sure if this classes them as Scammers or Scalpers but it's disgusting when someone has already paid you for product! Anyways you decide but I'd stay away! ALWAYS PAY BY CREDIT CARD!
I believe the one man band business! What I hated was I paid £25 for a 151 Booster Bundles but you cancel my order after 5 weeks only to sell them for £35, that's disgusting! People need to know specifically about that and how you run your business, you made a mistake and people paid for it! That's unfair!

AVOID!
I placed an order on 24th May for some Pokemon 151 booster bundles. I had my suspicions, given that the booster bundles are not available anywhere else.
Well, I should have trusted my gut feeling and never ordered from GeekPeek.
I initially wrote to them on 11th June to politely and kindly ask what the delay was, and was assured by Rich Copestake that the order would be dispatched within 2-3 business days.
I then followed up on 15th June having not received a dispatch confirmation, and my email was ignored.
I followed up again on 20th June to politely ask for an urgent response. Then, on 25th June I received an email to say the items will be dispatched ‘the week commencing 1st July’.
I sent a further email on 3rd July to say ‘Please confirm that my order has now been dispatched’. I received a reply to say ‘Please bare with us as we have received hundreds of orders’.
As you can imagine, by this point I had lost all patience and respect for GeekPeek and sent an email this afternoon to express my disappointment and confirm that I have alerted Trading Standards of the issue.
Rich Copesake then responded immediately with a mildly threatening, disrespectful, unprofessional and poorly worded response. This is the email:
“ George,
Now I’m taking over and you will deal with me and me only.
1 - you will not speak to any person in this business you have been doing. It ends now
2 - the order clearly states a pre-order and the delivery date is 1st August.
3 - I’ve cancelled your pre order
4 - trading standards, I doubt they very much. I think you are a mere bully throwing his toys out of the pram”
I am absolutely furious, because I have been so polite and professional up until this point!
DO NOT ORDER FROM GEEKPEEK!

I ordered a 151 booster bundle on the 9th June, no dispatch by the 13th so I emailed to find out why. Got a reply on the 18th and got told ‘this has been picked for tomorrow’s collection’ amazing!
After no updates I sent another email on the 21st, unfortunately I ordered these for my anniversary on the 30th June so was starting to worry a bit.
Had another email on the 26th offering a £10 voucher and that my order would be delivered the 1st July. That’s okay for me as I could just tell my partner it’s on its way.
Sent an email on the 8th as it wasn’t dispatched the week before as promised and my email has gone completely unanswered.
Guys honestly just don’t buy Pokémon 151 from this company, I was never abusive or rude only asking and wondering however this company has received violence and threats and is treating their customers under the same blanket now. 1 I don’t care and 2 I don’t care
I really don’t mean this in a condescending way it’s just a bit of feedback to the company, I have worked in retail for 12 years and I know how it feels to get abuse and your natural reaction is to then become so defensive and not take responsibility for anything. I think just take a minute to do some self reflection and wonder why people are frustrated and stop being so defensive to customers who aren’t being threatening or rude. We’re just disappointed with not receiving the product we paid for and being lied to multiple times. Sometimes you need to take responsibility and think yeah I’ve messed up here let’s be honest to our customers instead of saying false promises.

Purchased an expensive funko pop towards the end of April. I have still yet to receive the item or even an attempt at a refund. Through desperation I tried to get their attention through their instagram comments. As a result I basically got called a liar. Do not purchase through this store!!
As you can see from the response this company likes to use aggressive tactics on honest review sites and through social media!

Absolutely horrendous. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Ordered 151 back in may. After weeks I finally received my order, only for one of my items to not even be in the box. So I chased this up and was eventually told (after several emails) that they’re splitting the order and will send me my order this week with free next day delivery and a £10 Amazon voucher. Two weeks have passed and nothing. Then when I email them on this they cancel my order and refund me (which I look forward to seeing if I get it or not going by other people’s reviews) because they have a no tolerance policy. No tolerance for what?!? A customer complaining that you’re sitting there with their money in your bank and keeping them in the dark which I have every right to complain. This company is an absolute shambles and I would avoid it like the plague! Hopefully it gets shut down for being scammers !

Yeh avoid. Practically daylight robbery when people are clearly not being refunded. They cancelled my order and still haven’t refunded me for the Batman Funko. Absolutely ridiculous excuses and a compulsive liar. Owner should be ashamed. He expects people to be ok with him taking there money and not saying anything. That gets angry at them. Absolute joke of a company and customer service
UPDATE DUE TO REPLY BELOW!!!
Honestly these guys are unreal. The emails I have them taking absolute nonsense expecting people to be ok with how they’ve handled this situation. Even now changing there Trustpilot name. I still haven’t received my money as of 17th July.
They only processed the refund the other day as stated on emails because I shared there Trustpilot Reviews on Social media.
You only have to read the replies to see it’s the owner and not a new person dealing with them. Still blaming the customer for chasing money they paid for a product they didn’t receive.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Terrible customer service experience. I purchased a Pokemon Loungefly backpack at the beginning of April, at which time the website indicated that the goods were available and estimated delivery date was 10th April. After this date came and went, I wrote a couple of emails to the customer service inbox requesting an update on my order. No response. Later I checked the website again and saw that they had updated the page to read that the item was on "pre-order" and would not be in stock until around the beginning of June. Not what was advertised when I purchased it, but fine. June came and went and still there were no updates on my order, so I wrote to them again. This time I received a generic apology email which did not provide any information about whether the product exists and will ever be delivered to me. I was offered a £10 Amazon voucher as consolation for the long delay, which is a nice gesture but no voucher was ever sent and there was no further information given about claiming this. Eventually I wrote to the customer service team again requesting a refund since they did not appear to be able to fulfill my order. I again received no reply to this email so have now initiated a payment dispute via my bank. I would never order from this company again.
UPDATE: In response to the unnecessarily rude comment from the business owner, I’d like to reiterate that I DID request a refund via the customer service email and this was mentioned in my original review above. I did not receive a reply to that email so was forced to initiate the refund process directly with my bank. Please stop twisting the truth.

Ordered 151 products, booster bundles. I specifically emailed about stock as I had seen the reviews. I was sent a reply stating they were definitely in stock, so I went on to make an order.
After waiting a while I reached out asking about my order. The reply I got stated they had loads of orders and mine would be dispatched in 3 working days. I was then sent a dispatch email, where this has not updated at all, nothing beyond the item waiting to be dropped off for postage. Order 10th June, dispatch Email 19th June, no products 11th July. Order number #1910GP.
Opened a claim on Klarna 25th June and no response from GeekPeek and still waiting. Hugely disappointed, massive let down. Unfortunately I would recommend anyone considering buying to avoid. ☹️

SCAM SCAM SCAM BEWARE!!
Ordered Pokemon 151 in Late May, only bought 4 boxes. Paid using Klarna so only £34 quid, paused payments and eventually got a refund from Klarna after about 1 and a half months.
Been reading the reviews for weeks here, brilliant.

Ordered Pokemon 151 booster packs end of May and we’re now in July!
Several emails sent back and forth, instigated by myself chasing for an update, they replied reassuring me that it would be sent the next day and then the next week but still no item sent/arrived.
They used excuses such as the company is expanding and high demand as the reason for delay which I could understand but when 6 weeks go by and still no item…
They did acknowledged that they should not have said they would send it next day on one occasion and they offered a £10 Amazon voucher and free next day shipping as a gesture of good will/apology, but still never received items or voucher.
I would avoid at all costs in the future.

Misleading, abusive and compulsive liars.
I know there’s plenty of reviews on here about the recent Pokemon 151 issue, but it looks like their incompetency goes deeper.
I’d be fine if they communicated properly and gave me realistic timelines, but it was always the same excuse. Week after week, the same lie.
The most recent correspondence they just simply told me to “F*** off”.
Avoid these cowboys completely, and go to a more reliable site.

Now I have both charge backs in my account from my credit card company I feel like I’m ready to write a review. First of let me say AVOID. The company is full of blatant dishonesty and is highly likely a scam…
Firstly I placed 2 orders the first order #1332GP was for 15 English 151 booster packs on 24/05/24 it said in stock on the site and gave a stock level of like 200+ packs so I placed an order in good faith however it soon materialised that it was in fact a pre order and stock was due in 3 days time - fine. I could handle that. When they announced they was getting deliveries and everything was in stock and orders were going out, I stupidly decided to place a second order #1672GP for an English 151 booster box. A few days later no further updates on my order. I then googled them and saw the terrible reviews and I held onto hope thinking well they’re a new company and seemingly a one man band maybe it will just take time… then nothing still. I’m thinking in my head even if you have hundreds of orders you’d get them out the door asap - where there’s a will there’s a way. There was 2 weeks between my 2 orders and in that time they had 300 orders which I can tell by the generic order numbers it would not even be that time consuming to dispatch 300 orders and if they thought it was you could hire someone quite easily. Across those 2 weeks if you split it across 5 business days a week so 10 days that’s only 30 orders to ship daily if you worked 8 hour days that’s 16 minutes per order or 8 minutes per order if you only worked 4 hour days… this is extremely possible if you had stock and packing equipment at the ready. I believe they didn’t. Every week was promise after promise that never became a reality. The bad reviews kept piling up, the bad reviews on Reddit kept piling and I still held onto hope. I kept trying to give Rich the benefit of the doubt thinking he’s clearly new to business and clearly doesn’t have a clue what he’s doing - he’ll catch up soon. But he never did. All he did was keep feeding promises and kept being rude to people questioning where their order is after they’ve given him their money. I tried to reach out and never got replies and I started posting politely on his socials and they’d get deleted or he’s stop the ability for people to comment however before deleting there were dozens of people in the same boat as me - same with Reddit. I started posting on the Reddit thread and he reached out to me for my order numbers and then ghosted me further. However a few days later I got a dispatch confirmation from evri for my second order (still no mention of my first order) however that was never collected. He kept promising that deliveries were going out daily but my order that was supposedly ready was never collected (many people also have this same story) so if orders are being dispatched daily why are our orders that are ready not gone out yet? Again another delay tactic. He said he posts pictures of stock but it’s either minimal product like a few boxes (but he has hundreds of orders) or of other items. I tried to address him directly of each other and tried to get him to acknowledge both orders and he didn’t he replied to people around me with either fake promises or rude comments but would never address me yet previously I actually defended this man. FINALLY we got an email actually telling us he was waiting on more product so it turns out he had been lying to us all on the Reddit thread where he kept saying he has enough stock and he has everything he needs - it was all a lie. He then said he would get all orders out the following week after the delivery and he hired a new member of staff - another lie it never happened. 6 weeks I’ve been dealing with this, 6 weeks. The owner is either completely incompetent or an outright liar. Either way after dozens of false promises and weeks of a carrot being dangled in front of me I contacted my bank for a refund and I have also reported the company. If you cannot get deliveries out, you cannot be honest with people parting money with you and you cannot communicate or take criticism - you are unable to run a business.

Felt like I had to do my part to warn customers from this company even though I'm not normally in the habit of leaving reviews.
Same experience as many reviews on here. Ordered 151 product on the 1st June by next day delivery, stock didn't exist. Given a generic newsletter to be patient, another one to say their support desk is overwhelmed.
Starting to think something was amiss, I got in direct contact myself to query my order. As a response I got an Evri tracking link and told it will be shipped in 48 hours (a common tactic, many other reviews here also experience). Of course it didn't.
I queried again but got no response. So followed it up with a refund request, which again alarmingly got the same response many others did to get a £10 amazon gift card because the product they ran out of stock while fulfilling the order, they tell me this on the 27th June after 2 promises it was in fact on the way.
I check their website and they were still taking orders it was listed on their website as 'low stock' at the time and for several days afterwards. It now seems to be updated to say out of stock but my order number was 1533GP, based on the other order numbers made long after me here they took hundreds more orders for product they simply didn't have.
Had to refund via my bank now as my refund request was never actioned in a timely fashion, and felt compelled to report to trading standards.
Is it a scam or a completely incompetent business? Who knows? Who cares. Just don't place an order with them and if you're already a customer with a similar experience make sure it goes to trading standards and leave feedback online people can see as well to help others avoid the problem.
I really don't care what the company replies with to this review given the poor responses to the other ones and the dispute has been escalated to the bank.
This review is for you the potential customer, do not buy from this company.

Reply from geekpeek.co.uk
There are many reviews on here suggesting GeekPeek is a scam store. It is not. There is plenty of evidence of stock being delivered to customers available on Reddit and instagram.
That said, Richard has sold products that he does not have in his possession and continued to mislead paying customers about dispatch dates whilst simultaneously deleting bad feedback on social media under the guise of ‘tidying up’. This specifically relates to 151 bundles.
If you have ordered a 151 booster bundle you won’t ever receive it.
Richard has now cancelled my order because I advised him that I considered it ‘beyond a joke’ that he has had my money for a month.
Despite multiple emails from their help desk advising that my items would be delivered ‘next week’ and most recently ‘on the first of July’, he has now advised that these emails have never been sent to me.
I am lost for words at how unprofessional and unorganised this man actually is.
I hope (for the benefit of future customers) that he learns from his mistakes.
I look forward to receiving my refund.
