Quite Honestly I wouldn’t even give these 1 star. Told me that my order was being shipped to them be told it hadn’t been. A £10 voucher of goodwill was offered but never actually materialised. This I believe was a carrot dangling exercise! Today I asked for an update to then be told my refund was being processed! I didn’t even want a refund just to know when my product was being sent as I had been waiting over a month. Unbelievably bad service I would be very cautious when using this company. Negative experience!
Update.
After a couple of months of being thrown excuse after excuse I opened a dispute with my bank who are now dealing with the matter. Money was refunded back to me by my bank but they are investigating this now. Will never use this company again! After reading so many reviews there appears to be a pattern so personally I would avoid at all cost.

151 Delays and False Promises
Pokemon 151 delays and false promises over and over. Will contact credit card company to initiate a charge back as they dont fullfill the order -
update order cancelled by Geekpeek with no further communication - after being promised would be posted this week and it hasnt... again. - emails says order cancelled but refund not yet processed.
Stay away from these scammers

Ordered 151 (item was "in stock" on their website) three weeks ago and had similar experience to many here. Delay after delay, empty promises. Asked for a refund but haven't heard anything. Will be writing a formal complaint to an ombudsman when I finish work today.

I didn’t want to believe all the bad reviews. But after being told it would be posted in 1 week, which then turned into 2 weeks, which then turned into three weeks, it was looking bad.
When I received the Evri messages saying the delivery was booked I was so relieved. Until a week longer again when it was still yet to be collected or brought to Evri. And my emails were no longer being responded to. Eventually I contacted my bank for a refund.
This is clearly a scam site, likely used to get and sit on your money, and use vague promises and excuses to allow it to gain interest in their bank until they have to refund it.

Ordered of there tiktok shop 2 cases of 151 boster bundles after a week a refund is issued but they still allow him to sell so be warned u will have to wate 2/3 weeks before u actually get it back in your bank

Ordered a 151 booster bundle from this website, a week went by with no updates. Saw loads of people complaining about the same kind of treatment, so decided to contact my bank to get a refund, and they said they would investigate.
Have been keeping an eye on this website and the feedback both on here, and on Reddit. An overwhelming negative audience can't all be lying and in the wrong, can they? I'd say I have been finding it amusing watching the owner come up with excuse after excuse if it wasn't for the fact innocent people have either lost out on money, or product.
So many people saying they had Evri expecting their orders, but no update since. Owners say that things take time. Sure, but not weeks and weeks to ship out a package?
Even if they pulled 1500 booster bundles out from wherever, and everyone had their order fulfilled, I still would not recommend this company due to the sheer unprofessionalism of the owner. If you can't handle negative feedback from your own inability to fulfil orders, perhaps you should not be running a company.
I expect either a copy/pasted reply to this feedback about how orders get cancelled if you refund via bank (which they have been giving this response on feedback where they haven't even mentioned refunding), or a passive-aggressive response about how the customer is wrong.
Oh, and the Instagram account for this shop uses AI art to advertise, which is a nice nail in the coffin. All the red flags on this business!
Stealing people’s money. Disgusting really don’t know how they can live with themselves.
At best a small company scaled way out of their capabilities.
At worst, a scam, relying on delays to keep your money.
Like others, I was uncomfortable with seeing my order of Pokemon 151 delayed so much, along with the stock levels rising on the website, so I ended up asking for a refund. They agreed, but after over 10 working days I saw no refund or activity so I chased. In the end, I gave up and asked my bank to retrieve my money, after I felt I had exhausted the options available to me with this company.
I don't believe in non constructive feedback, so GeekPeek, if you are legit - It might help your image to release your stock in batches, rather than what comes across as taking as many orders as possible. Give yourselves time to fulfill your initial commitments before taking on new ones.
I hope they can scale to meet the demand, but for now I can't recommend using GeekPeek.
Edit following Geekpeek’s response on 30/06: I have not triggered any process with my bank to get a refund (or even raised anything regarding this order with my bank at all) and so their response is in fact a complete lie, just are their statements about keeping me updated since my last two requests for updates were ignored. I understand that the item was an preorder but it is a joke that they think it is okay to just keep pushing that order date back week by week for three months and lying about my order being about to be shipped. I still stand by what I originally said that they should be avoided at all costs.
Edited to add on 29/06: I have received an email this afternoon stating my order has been cancelled at my request. At no point have I actually cancelled this order and instead have just been asking for updates since they have held my money for three months. I can therefore only assume this was done in retaliation to me writing this review which means I would give zero stars if I could. Avoid at all costs!
Absolutely dreadful experience with this company! I ordered the Pokemon Starter Set Funko Pop on 29th March with a preorder shipping date of 5-7th April. When this passed, I contacted customer services via the chat box and was told that there had been a slight delay but that the orders would be going out the following week or so.
I held off a little while and waited patiently and then contacted customer services again, also via the chat box. Here I was told that there had been a delay at customs but the item was arriving that day and was going to be shipped out the next day. This was in May. A few weeks later, I contacted them via the chat box again to ask for an update as I didn’t appreciate being lied to previously and I had no response.
I have still not received the item and so on 14th June I emailed customer services asking for an update on my order and I have had zero responses to this so I have been out of pocket £70 for over 3 months now with no update on where my order is and when, if ever, it will arrive.
For clarity that this review is genuine, it was ordered under my name and is order number #1039GP

If I could give it a -* would!
Avoid, avoid at all costs!! 5 weeks since original order placed, fobbed off with dispatch dates, fake Evri shipping updates, no reply to emails, refund requests ignored or lied to. Still awaiting refund, so now going through credit card to get money back. Trading standards have be notified. Save yourselves the hassle and shop elsewhere!

Ordering from Geekpeek has been a stressful experience. I saw they had Pokemon 151 stock at the end of May, and like many people here the optimist in me took the plunge and handed over my money.
Got an email to say it would arrive next week... then maybe the following week... then it went a bit quiet and the next communication was asking us to stop emailing in. Never responded to my request for a refund.
Eventually had to go to my bank to report it as a scam - so this guy was just holding my money for a month.
If it's legit, it's horrendously organised. But the tone of the owner feels like a scam, just lashing out at customers :(
Order #1661GP

6 weeks no delivery no replies
rich should get his act together
deleted all his messages abusing people disgusting person, disgusting business
Can only go along with what everyone else has already said. Prove to me this is not a scam and i will remove the review. No updates apart from tracking number which has not updated and an automated cheeky and frankly, quite rude email telling me to be patient about not receiving something when I was told it was sent over a week ago. Pathetic that the guy on reddit is trying to make out that he's a victim when he can't manage a business. Don't sell things you don't have then pretty simple

My order numbers are #1823GP and #1824GP for pokemon 151 booster boxes ordered on 6th June. I did receive Evri tracking numbers on 19th June but they have been "expected" since and the owner has not provided any meaningful updates.
This is not what I was expecting when I initially expected at most 3 days processing and 3-5 days delivery.
In other words, my 200+ pounds have been held hostage for 3 weeks. I am not entirely sure if anyone else has even received the 151 booster boxes.
As this stands, I would recommend potential buyers to stay away from this company. Of course, I will change my review immediately should things change.

Seems like GeekPeek are just a scam operation.
Purchased Pokémon cards, immediately got EVRI tracking number and still haven’t been sent after 10 days
Unable to get contact
Update - it seems weird the company is telling me my order is automatically cancelled/refunded because of my banks intervention....
Because I haven't contacted my bank for a refund so why are they telling me my order is automatically cancelled, Is it because they never had any intention of fulfilling the order
I would be interested to see if they give everyone the same Evri tracking number as well?? for a parcel that will never be sent.

Ordered a 151 ETB which arrived today. Yes i did have to wait a few weeks for the order, however getting 151 at RRP is rare so it was worth the wait to not have to overpay for the product which is the case with many other sites.
To my surprise when my order arrived it also included 3 extra packs of cards with a Happy Birthday note inside as my birthday had passed while I was waiting which I thought was lovely.
I admit I was a bit sceptical after reading reviews however I think if everyone wasn't so quick to post negative comments people wouldn't be so concerned over shipping delays.
The owner, Rich Copestake, strings you along for weeks breaking promise after promise of dispatching orders.
Order numbers were #1856GP and #1858GP on 9th June when Pokemon 151 product was shown as in stock on the website. I eventually received "ready to be shipped notifications" on 19th June, but thus far Evri have not reported receiving either order. In the meantime, products have gone in and out of stock on the website, with various product listing being changed to 'pre-order' instead of 'in stock'. Communication has been pathetic, constantly requiring chasing up and have now been ignored entirely for 5 days.
Geekpeek have also been deleting all comments on social media related to this mess - another red flag. If this is a legit company, they are utterly useless. However, given everyone else's shared experience and also looking into Rich Copestake on google, there appears to be a long history of scamming and nastiness. I'd be skeptical of any recent 5 star reviews.
If you're waiting for orders from this company, do yourself a favour and start a chargeback claim with your bank.
Update 10th July: haven't heard anything from GeekPeek for over 2 weeks despite several emails about one of the orders that remains uncancelled and unrefunded. Claim process against GeekPeek with my bank is under way, but will be closed if a refund is forthcoming.
MID AUGUST UPDATE: THEY HAVE NOW REBRANDED TO "NERD NOOK". BEWARE.
Order numbers 1292 and 1285 - because we're not fake customers, just incredibly frustrated ones.
Like many people here, we ordered a fairly large quantity of 151 booster bundles. Having missed out on the the booster bundles when they were in stock on the pokemoncenter, a large number were purchased with the hope of completing a couple of master sets we've been working on, and selling on any spare single cards/sets as an ongoing side hustle. The shipment was due to arrive 24th May and then deliveries were to be sent out from the 28th after the bank holiday.
Initially Geekpeek were very responsive, sending confirmation that this was still the case and that the first shipment did arrive as planned. However, we did not receive any shipping notification and no items were delivered. We were then informed more stock would be arriving the 31st May, and our order would definitely be sent out on the 3rd June. After this, we were told to only email as any other forms of communication were now closed - although we had already emailed and been ignored.
We never received any orders, and emailed again on the 11th June demanding an update or we would have to cancel the orders because at this point it really did feel like a scam. We offered to drive to the store to pick up the orders if delivery was an issue due to the size of the orders. In response we were called rude and coercive and our orders were cancelled. However, a full refund has never materialised and we are now having to contact the bank to dispute these charges.
We would not recommend ordering from this store, because as far as I know the booster bundles never existed. The owner is rude and derogatory to his customers, and claims that it's because of his mental health issues. As someone who suffers from severe anxiety (unsurprisingly made much worse by this situation) I don't see that as a valid excuse to be awful to individuals who you have misled.
Myself and my partner honestly hope this site gets shut down, because they have misled so many people over the quantity of stock available. The delivery dates keep changing, and they kept protesting they didn't have enough stock but had listed 1000s as in stock online. If GeekPeek truly want to show themselves as a reputable company, I think a complete overhaul of how orders are made, and the details of delivery are communicated. If you don't have the stock, don't put it up.
For anyone else - Please, please, do not order from here. It's not worth it.
In response to Geekpeek: For clarity, we only started a dispute with the bank after it had been ten working days since Geekpeek confirmed the order was cancelled and a refund was in process. They confirmed via email that the refund would take up to ten working days. It was only after these days had passed that we had to go to the bank, as we still had not had the money returned.

It’s been well over 3 weeks since I placed an order and still no sign of it showing up. Latest email from them stated my product will be despatched in 48 hours. 6 days later and Evri still haven’t received the item.
Clearly I’m one of many having the same issue. Speaks volumes.

I seem to have the same experience as most here . They never give a clear update on order of Pokemon cards that after weeks have not arrived or been posted . I’ve had to cancel the transaction on my card as I’ve requested refund and heard nothing .
If you want to order Pokemon cards then use a reputable website and don’t be fooled by this one . The owner flags every poor review to delay it being shown and accuses you of harassment even when you are just trying to find out information about an order .
