Same experience as everyone else regarding 151.
The packs don't exist, clearly. Told them I wanted a refund and would contact Amex that evening if not. Instantly received a tracking number from Evri who, unsurprisingly, haven't picked the package up in 5 days.
Complete scam, but honestly can't see how they think it'll end well.

Pokemon 151 booster bundle(s)
Order date 28th May
I've sent multiple emails asking about when items will be sent, never received a reply! Constantly moving the date that they'll be posted, even though they are showing as available on the site!
I selected DPD Next Day delivery, so when they were finally ready to be dispatched, they'll get to me quicker, but the last ready to dispatch email (received 5 days ago) said will be sent by EVRI!! of all carriers they could have chosen, they chosen EVRI... And STILL haven't been sent!!
Your company is a joke! I've requested a refund already due to your chosen carrier but no reply (shock) I have no faith in your company so I want a refund! You seem to reply quicker on here so again, I WANT A REFUND!!
I do not want to send a message via carrier pigeon or send smoke signals, so a refund as quick as a squirrel on a nut (your quotes not mine) would be quicker than me contemplating the mysteries of the universe...
Pokemon 151 ETB ordered on 07/07. Never arrived, never left them, never existed. If there was 0 stars I’d give them that. Same as others, delayed response, constantly moving dates even though next day delivery advertised. Positive reviews obviously fake when you read them versus the majority of severely negative ones. Contact with their help desk elicits a response but the words aren’t worth anything other than providing evidence to your bank to get your money back, avoid at all costs. Contacted bank to report them as scam.

Took my order, when i contacted them they said it would be next week, then mass emails about next week. one month later and i requested a refund. Got email sayign the order is cancelled but refund is not processed.
Customer service is also rude and lies. ( All the same person even tho he uses the word "we")

Ordered Poke 151 on 26th May.
I emailed a week later to chase and he said that he had a delivery on 24th May but to allow 3 days for despatch. Fair enough.
Then on 6th June he said they were going out by 11th june latest.
Then on 13th June he said they were going out by end of 14th latest.
Then on 18th he said they were going out 18th or 19th as they are still "pending collection/drop off".
Then today (20th), I have seen that he generated an EVRI tracking number which shows the status of "We're expecting it". Which means they are still not collected or dropped off.
End of day 21st comes around….. you guessed it. Still not dispatched.
I would strongly suggest not buying from this business.
A quick google of his name and hmrc shows multiple businesses, no telephone numbers, all in huge debt and all with very bad reviews.
Update: No response to emails now either.
Further Update: The order is disappeared. My credit card company have had to refund me.

I received order updates by email and my order arrived in great condition

Ordered a mystery box bundle from them, had to wait a little bit for the delivery as I believe there was a hospital trip that happened.
However once the parcel arrived, it was wrapped with great care, great items in the mystery box.
Even slipped in a few card packs I wasn't expecting as a good will gesture.
Would reccomend for future mystery boxes that's for sure.

PLEASE DONT BELIEVE THE FAKE GOOD REVIEWS POSTED BY THE BUSINESS THEMSELVES!! They have failed many customers by non delivery of products they purchased then abuse them when customers ask about their orders, i have experienced this myself.

Ordered pokemon 151 cards 21st may
They kept promising new delivery dates.
I've had friends that have ordered after me and eventually got a shipment date today.
I emailed for an explanation didn't receive for 4 days.
Emailed again saying I need some idea of what's happening or a refund
They replied very promptly saying refund will be with you (added note 9 days later still no refund to be seen). They say may take 10 days so will check again tomorrow
DO NOT BUY WORST SERVICE IVE EVER HAD.
In reply. I didn't contact the bank. And I've still yet to see a refund as of June 19th it is now the 2nd of July.
I havnt contacted the bank so everything you say there is made up.
I have a string of emails to prove that.
And you claim not to email again as it creates a ticket and puts you to the bottom of the queue???im stsrting to think its because you cant be bothered to reply to everyone. I received a reply saying we will refund you (from a person) that should be done There and then.
This is a dispute that's been going on since may!!!

I’ve ordered multiple times from GeekPeek now and I’ve been happy with every single one. All packages have been packed perfectly.
I’ve had to wait for a few preorder items but they arrived in spectacular condition. I’ll definitely continue shopping with GeekPeek!
I have emailed Rich now twice asking for a order update but for the last two day I have emailed in for a refund but like everyone else nothing is happening so I will be contacting my bank in the morning looking to get my money back …
Poor means of a business

I'm another gullible fool that jumped at the chance of rrp 151 stock, as many others have mentioned emails do not get replied to, you just constantly get generic emails telling you that they'll be "confirming orders by 'X' latest" or "there's a high number of tickets in our help requests, but dont send another or you're moved to the back of the line"
Doesn't respond to Emails anywhere near as fast as he replies to bad reviews on here, often calling people liars, and I think that speaks volumes to his character.
Maybe he is just really so bad at business it makes him look like a scammer but I doubt it.

Reply from geekpeek.co.uk
They never respond, delete all social media comments, and just don't carry out promises. I gave them the benefit of the doubt but shame on me. Had to go to the bank to start the process of complaints/refund . The abundance of 1 star reviews here tells a story
Update: firstly it was not a 151 order. It was something else. Secondly there was no cancellation with Barclays yet as they have not received it. So your lie of automatically cancelling it was just that... A lie. Still no money refunded btw. So there's another lie on top of it. This is definitely some form of scam where you just make customers wait out the refund timeline I assume.

I placed my order on the 05/06/24 and still to now I have not received my order.
I ordered a Pokémon 151 ETB as it showed in stock with Evri next day delivery. After 1 week of no updates I contacted the support who assured me it had been dropped off to Evri. That same day I received a tracking number but Evri confirmed that they are still awaiting the item.
Contacted support again and Rich Copstake responded saying he is waiting for Evri to collect it. When I requested a refund Rich then said it was sent and I had to return the item for a refund!
Still to now Evri haven’t received the item, I haven’t received the item and Rich from GeekPeek is not responding to any emails and looking at the other reviews shows he is a repeat offender and not to be trusted.
I will be reporting this as fraud to the bank and will be a paying the warehouse a visit if I don’t get my refund!

Over 2000 Pokémon 151 elite trainer boxes in stock, but fails to deliver. Excuse after excuse. Asked for a refund which was only replied to AFTER I told my bank they were NEVER going to send the product. This company is a total scam! AVOID AT ALL COST!

Reply from geekpeek.co.uk
No evidence the item that I ordered ever physically existed, no order updates for a week despite the order email saying 2-5 day delivery and no response when contacting them. Obvious fraud and I am waiting for a refund after requesting. I have also contacted my bank's fraud investigation team to try and help with this. Undoubtedly they will deny I have any order with them so my order number is Order: #1920GP

(Order #1320GP)
This has been one of the most disappointing and bizarre experiences I've ever had with purchasing something online. I ordered a 151 booster bundle and after a week I'd heard nothing re: dispatch or delivery, so I reached out to GeekPeek. I was told it was a pre-order (never saw that displayed anywhere on the site) but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and I actually apologised to them for being too pushy! Then after another week, they told everyone orders would be sent out by Tuesday; Tuesday came and went, and then it was 'by Friday', then Friday came and went, and the cycle repeated. During this time, the owner (Rich) was replying to questions, queries and reviews by confused customers (just like myself) in a highly erratic way - sometimes his responses would be professional, but more often than not they'd be rude and sarcastic; He even called a customer here on TrustPilot a 'vile little goblin' (he's since deleted the reply and replaced it with a professional one offering an Amazon Giftcard*, but there's an existing screenshot of it on the Reddit thread regarding this saga).
* Just a sidenote, GeekPeek appear to be replying to a lot of negative comments offering a £20-50 Amazon gift card as a gesture of good will; god knows how they'd stay afloat if every customer took them up on this offer!
I personally was just looking for some transparency - did GeekPeek actually have the stock? were they let down by a supplier? overwhelmed with orders? why all the promises of different delivery dates? there was just no honesty or effective communication.
Due to several other posts, I'm aware that Rich suffers from bi-polar, and as someone that also suffers from long term mental health issues, I have complete empathy, but at the same time, he's made the decision to run this business and therefore has a duty to his customers and to hold his hands up when he's made a mistake. There's dozens upon dozens of people unhappy with how they've been treated over the last few weeks, yet Rich hasn't appeared to once accept that he's actually done wrong by them, let alone apologise. He focuses in on the abuse he's received, and whilst I don't condone that what so ever, that's only by a minority; the vast majority of GeekPeek customers are hard working good people, who are out of pocket and stressed out by the decisions Rich has made.
He's probably a decent guy outside of all this drama, but I can't help feel he needs some additional help with GeekPeek, or at least some structure relating to how he deals with customer service - someone outside of his ego who can calmly and rationally converse with customers.
I'll be sticking to more reputable platforms for my TCG needs next time, but I do hope GeekPeek can get it together!

Placed an order that never arrived and as far as I can tell, never even shipped in the first place. I've reached out via the customer support emails address twice with no response besides the automated response saying they'll get back to me soon. Based on most other reviews I've read I'm definitely not alone in this experience.
The order was for a fairly popular but semi-difficult to find product, excluding the secondary market. Said they had plenty in stock, and even now on the website not only is it still listed as in stock but they've got a deal going on them. Pretty sure this place is a scam and if not, then they're horribly organised and ineffecient. Either way, do yourself a favour and avoid them.

Ordered an item on 28th May and was informed I’d receive it that week, didn’t come then was told it was coming the week after definitely, waited again and then they promised a third time - think this is a scam business
