SCAMMERS BEWARE! OWNER IS A LIAR

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

Purchased some pokemon 151 one items which where showing in stock and paid for next day delivery this was 3 weeks ago and still haven't received and are now no longer replying to emails.

Owner also called me a liar in emails when queried why my orders had not been sent said they didn't have in stock and was a pre order. Still showing in stock now and no longer replying to emails don't believe they ever had the items on stock.

Have filed 2 complaints with credit card company and got my money back, utter degenerates.

EDIT UPDATE - They have booked 2 deliveries with evri the lowest price you can pay so they have a tracking number which haven't been collected or delivered obviously another scam on there end. This happend on the day before I received my money back from credit card company with no complaints or push back from geek peek.

Ordered Pokémon 151 set for my son

Ordered Pokémon 151 set for my son, which was DPD next day delivery ,14 days later still received nothing other than an email keeps saying that they’re busy and it’ll be dispatch by the end of the week. My order status has not moved since day one would never use again or recommend been a terrible experience start to finish stay well clear.

I placed a pre-order for 2x SV151 booster box. Was sent an email stating near with us due to the amount of orders. That was understandable. However it’s now been 2 weeks and still not received anything. I wrote an email requesting an update on Wednesday and still no reply. Stay away from this shop seems like a scam

Took money and ran

Took money and ran. Did not communicate directly for several weeks, did not send items, instead sent lots of mass emails churning out excuses, promising the stock would be sent "later this week" week after week. Sent in a final contact three weeks after purchase. mail asking them to either confirm delivery or issue a refund before 5pm before I considered charging back. Didn't get back in touch.

Not the first person to have issues with them selling stock they don't have, or never receiving a refund . Don't go near

Ordered Pokémon 151 on the 22 may

Ordered Pokémon 151 on the 22 may, this was a pre order. Received an email last week that the latest the orders were going out was the Tuesday but still nothing. Sent an email to customer services on the 11th about my order and was told my order would be shipped by the end of the week……… still nothing. Sent an email today (14th June) asking what were the chances of my order being dispatched and no reply. Sent another email in the afternoon that if they couldn’t guarantee delivery today then I wanted a refund and still no reply from geekpeek. Filed a complaint to my bank and luckily I’ve received a full refund. Absolute scammers!!!!

Ordered over 2 weeks ago - no products. Keep moving the delivery date. I am not having to report to my bank. So disappointing.

You have now replied to my message on here and not let me reply. You are holding nearly £200 of my money and I want it back. This is fraud and theft and I will be reporting you to the police if I don’t get a refund notification very soon !

You Will Never Receive Your Order

Many weeks have passed and no delivery. They string you along with ever moving delivery dates.
I have seen them deleting loads of bad reviews and comments on social platforms.
There is a long reddit thread of customers with the same issue.
They used to live stream on youtube, looks to be a one man band that can't run a relatively simple business.
Trying his luck taking money for products he doesn't have (Rare Funkos and Pokemon 151). He's also hilariously rude.
Don't take the chance, 100% a scam

Edit 02/07 - Geekpeek is now being struck off on companies house. Get a refund before it goes under entirely.

Edit 07/07 - It's hard to believe you are a real person. Your whole reply is like a parody of a stereotype. Unfunny and rude. You cannot run a business, please have a chat with yourself

What a name – quite the conversation starter. We appreciate your attention to our journey; it’s adorable, really. While Companies House is correct, we have been a tad delayed with our end-of-year filings due to the avalanche of reviews we’ve been handling. But fear not, we’re on top of it!

Just to clear up a few things: we’ve never streamed on YouTube, despite any rumours to the contrary. And for those wondering about our Funko Pop inventory, all figures deemed “rare” are indeed in stock. However, it’s amusing to think that anyone would consider a £12 common piece as rare.

Perhaps, it’s time to channel some of that energy into your own endeavours? Just a thought.

I ordered some items from geek peek on the 22/5/2024 as a gift it was a pre order that was due to be in stock before the end of may so I opted for the fastest delivery so it would be here for the birthday as a present. I completely understand that the world isn't perfect but when my pre order never arrived and then the same item is showing in stock on the website for next day delivery it doesn't seem right. My order has now been cancelled so I'm awaiting my refund to come back to me. First time using geekpeek.co.uk it's a shame but I don't think il be using them again.

Scam avoid like the plague

Scam avoid like the plague, went through my back to get money back, paid next day delivery on a Wednesday, still not recieved a week later very poor contact, the only real message I got said they would be sent the Tuesday but still no item.
The company is so bad there is a reddit pages about it

Mind blowing customer care

Early May I place an order for my nephew's birthday. When I don't have it a couple of weeks later, panic stirs....I don't know this company, have I been ripped off? I email them and learn I'd missed a crucial detail: it was a pre-order. Doh! Order cancelled and refunded without quibble. I buy the same item elsewhere. Nephew delighted.

Fast forward to this week. Email from Geekpeek "your order is on its way". No no no!!!! I email to remind them the order was cancelled and refunded. I get this reply:

"We shipped this for free for the little lad because we weren't sure if you got it or not."

What the.....?! Totally blown away, I confess I shed a tear. Absolutely outstanding kindness, thoughtfulness and customer service. I still can't quite believe it.

I totally recommend shopping with these people with big hearts and rather impressive memories!

It's a scam ordered a 151 pokemon trainer box got nothing but a nonsense text from a mobile number emailed them and nothing again except an auto reply as if they've been replying to people on here saying there lying about orders I don't believe that 1 bit it's 100% a scam company there scruffy little tramps trying to fleece people on the Internet and my partner ordered it through klarna so that's why the sale isn't in my name I'm not jumping on any band wagon I know you've defrauded all theese people cos weres my elite trainer box we order on next day delivery you messaged her saying it was getting sent to evri to be delivered still nothing it's been 3 week I want a refund simple. So nevermind your little jumping in the band wagon stop going on like people ate just randomly out to drag you through the mud why would I waste my time if you hadn't ripped me off

Unfortunately he wins people over by splashing cash in hopes they can vouch for them with others he can prey on.

Please never use these guys.

Replies to reviews so you can't reply back. Thinks he can get away with it and scamming people. Just waiting for store to be taken down

AVOID - No smoke without fire. DO NOT USE

Ordered 2 x Pokemon 151 booster boxes on the 20th May 24. This was a pre-order and was expected 24th May 2024. I pre-empted some waiting as this is a sought after item; however 4 weeks later and "2 global emails" still no item and sadly I have requested a refund. I have no doubt this will be processed and refunded as it seems Geek Peek deal with this daily.

Geek Peek's socials are swarmed with people asking for refunds or for updates on orders, so much so they recently had to post about their staff being "subjected to abuse". While I do not condone people being abusive to staff. If a company is going to take money from customers it has to understand why people can become frustrated.

After reading some of the reviews from customers and responses from Geek Peek I should have taken heed and avoided, however I opted to give them benefit of the doubt but undoubtedly there is no smoke without fire.

Without doubt Geek Peek will post a witty reply as to some part of this transaction that I have not upheld my end of the deal, however it stands they are plagued with issues, false promises and should not continue to take orders that can not fulfil.

Update - No longer will communicate with this seller due to shocking response to my review. Using my personal information to call me out. Unprofessional and I shall be seeking at least advice on this childish outburst. Once again showing that this company should NOT be trusted and you SHOULD NOT spend your hard earnt money here AVOID AT ALL COST.

Another update for you.

Unfortunately can't go below 1 star as you would know when writing a review, 1 is the worst and the lowest option you can choose 🤦‍♂️
Reviews pretty much sum things up!
Avoid at all costs, amateurs trying to run a business and obviously failing 🙄
If you do want to chance it then ignore the "next day delivery" part as that's just not happening. Takes ages to respond to emails and when they do I'm pretty sure it's a child doing the replying or an actual adult acting childish trying to be sarcastic 🤦‍♂️🤣
Either way, shop elsewhere if I was you and pay attention to reviews they have received 👍
They are known for pretending they don't recognise customers who leave truthful negative feedback, so il presume they'll get that in somewhere on this review 🤦‍♂️😆
I always take screenshots of any transactions with pop up wannabe businesses just incase it flops (like this place did) 🙄

Avoid, don’t waste your time or money

I’m legitimately not sure if this company is real or not as it feels very scamy… ordered a funko over the weekend, the following Monday (29th) I get a notification that it’s been dispatched. By the end of the week, Royal Mail have yet to receive it. So I tried reaching out, but emails weren’t working, was texting/ringing available numbers. Nothing. So I decided to spam their Instagram with comments. All of a sudden I receive an email saying they were in the hospital, and also have moved building and a new pickup date was made… likely story… which was the 14th, you’d think if there was a delay, it would have been communicated earlier on… then I get a new number and I can contact and they say it should be any day now, after the 14th pick up date was missed… so I asked for a refund. But the thief didn’t refund postage… YOU DIDNT EVEN DISPATCH IT! so why am I paying delivery? Avoid.

Awful. Do not order from this company

Ordered a Théoden Funko Pop immediately after seeing they had a limited number in stock. Order was confirmed and received an email a couple of days later saying it was shipped to Royal Mail. RM tracking showed they were still waiting to receive the item. After hearing nothing for over a week I emailed GeekPeek to query for order status and never got a reply. Emailed again after another couple of weeks and still nothing. Only after I emailed for a 3rd time did I finally get an automated email saying my order had been refunded.

Absolutely shocking customer service, will never order from them again.

Theodan Funko Pop order

Ordered 2 items from Geekpeek, was meant to be delivered in 3-5 working days, didn’t arrive by day 6, no update on tracking app, emailed customer service, got a response saying they’d relocated and were having issues with delivery, I was assured it would be delivered in the coming days which I accepted, a week later still no update l, tried to email again, no response, tried to email again next day, unable to get through to their support email. Items never arrived. AVOID

Geekpeek, FYI my order number was 1125GP. I find it interesting, rather than try and improve your business and customer service, taking into account the feedback posted on here, you call your customers liars, flag their reviews and leave petty remarks in response to their comments, despite having had genuinely bad experiences using your company.

Scam

Ordered a Funko and waited a month and still nothing. Try contact them and just received bot automated replies. Comments on facebook posts were deleted multiple times when I tried to ask about my order. Even a fake tracking link was sent out to make it seem like they’d sent my order. Utter joke, still not received my order or a refund. I highly advise you do not order from here
