So we decided as a family we would open a Small Repair shop in Pallion in Sunderland back in January 2009 Geekys was born. We sharp out grown this space with the success of Geekys. From there we decided to move to Sunderland City Centre with over 3500 sq feet of space. We then launched a sister company called Harrys game shack up stairs in Geekys but the space was quickly too small and we had to relocate it we now have over 90 spaces making use the largest and the best gaming venue in sunderland. We have now just launched a second store in Newcastle Eldon Garden. with Harrys game shack in side. Geekys has now started to trade online to bring them great deals all over the uk. Our family just keeps getting bigger and with lots more stuff to come in the future for Geekys and Harrys game shack.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else for tech, honestly! All of the lads are really great. Polite and know their stuff. I used the online chat and had my question answered with a price. Took my phone in and they have been spot on. Took an hour to find the problem, part ordered and a phone call when the part was in. Also needed a screen protector and Matthew even put it on for me in a crack ! 🙌. Great group of lads, great prices and nothing short of fab customer service !! I repeat - wouldn’t go anywhere else with tech 👍 Thank you

ordered a phone online from Northern Ireland and it came quick.
After service reasonibly quick and efficient phone hane a few cracks which they say happened during transit.
They sent me a dhl form to fill which is a pain but hey ho. I may edit this when i get the outcome of there investigation.
otherwise i would give them 5 stars

Poor service
Poor service. When your delivery driver leave your package 30 house away of your place there is NO WAY to contact this seller by phone: email or WhatsApp (text only) which is ridiculous.

Quick, reliable service
Quick, reliable service and friendly staff.
Needed to fix my tablet screen. The lads were very friendly and helpful. They had to order the screen so it took a couple of days to get sorted but I got a call as soon as it was done. Definitely will be using them again for any repairs I may need.
