I’ve spent 2 months trying to get an address to return the wig I received from this fraudulent company! My wig isn’t what was advertised and they have not provided me with an address to return this awful wig!
Instead I receive emails offering a partial refund and these email are pre drafted!
Please don’t buy from this company as they have no morals, customer service or business acumen!

I purchased a reddish brown wig and received an orange wig. Bright orphan Annie orange! Was told my order was fulfilled correctly 😏
Update: Geeta Hair contacted me after seeing this review and said they would send a return label and a replacement wig only if I deleted this review. After reading other comments about delayed or missing return labels—and communication stopping once wigs are returned—I told them to send the replacement wig first and I would return this one. They refused.
I’m sharing this as a warning: do not order wigs from this company. I also posted a review on their website, and it was deleted. Not surprising that there are no negative reviews on their site. Scam Do Not Purchase a Wig from them!

I wish I never brought from this company. I didn’t like look or or feel the wig they sent and sending it back has been such an ordeal. Now I will never get my money back as I sent it back in good faith and now nothing. No product and no refund- plus the expense of returning.

This is my third order, I really like these wigs they lasts me 6 months (removing each night).
Quick and easy install - I’m not super knowledgeable re: wigs but I do wear them daily.
I think it’s hard to get most wigs to look natural unless a professional so I’m happy with the look it gives me.
I spray my lace with tinted lace spray (can buy on Amazon) to help it blend.

The hair itself is not that bad as quality but THE LACE IS AWFUL!
It’s so thick and visible that even a melting lace spray can’t fix it and I went to a professional to try :(
I’ve tried to complain and they offered me some fake 50$ voucher but JUST to be discounted from the original price which means that it’s the same thing as their fake “promos” every day!!!

Never again don’t even waste your time!!!! Everyone have issue with them to get refunded. The wig I received doesn’t look like the wig that was advertised and they refuse to refund me they offered 30$gift card on 350$ order which is ridiculous. Their website claimed they give 100% satisfaction it is a lie. once you pay you have to fight to get your money back!! Horrible company

I received my order three days ago and am very disappointed with the product. The unit I received is brownish-red, which is not what I expected, and it does not have a bang, even though I was told the missing bang was just an oversight.
In addition, the wig does not appear to be 300 density as advertised. The fullness and volume are significantly lower than I anticipated based on the product description and my expectations.
I was really looking forward to this order, so it’s very upsetting that the product does not match the advertised specifications or what I was told I would receive. I would recommend that you think twice before ordering from Geeta Hair, because I wasted more than $ 250!!!

I am writing another review to warn others. I am a real person. Geeta Hair has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau, and in my experience, this company operates fraudulently. Many of the positive reviews appear to be fake. After I posted my original review, Geeta Hair contacted me and asked that I remove it in exchange for a refund. This only reinforced my concerns, as it seems they are trying to hide negative experiences rather than address them honestly. I do not recommend this company.

I purchased this hair November 20. I noticed a lot of shedding from the beginning/. I was wearing scull caps due to the weather and when I went to pull it off ALOT of hair was still in it.. I brushed it with a wig brush and a lot more came out to the fact that I have a big bald spot in the top of my head and one in the back... i contacted the company and told them what was going on... I even stated that I would send this one back for another one because I paid 300 for this wig and only wore it once... they told me they could give me 25 dollars back..25.00 wont compensate this big ass hole I got in the top and back of my head!!
