Amazing, better than expected

Absolutely appalling customer services and faulty products that you can't return and they ignore communication.

Purchased a crystal lamp - when it arrived the base had glue all around it and it looked like it had been previously sold and returned (cable just loose - not tied the way they usually are). Tried calling - but automated message from BT just stated line not in use. Tried online chat - person advised problem with phones lines and would be fixed that day - 3 weeks later still the same. emailed and got a response asking for photos - sent them as evidence but then no further response, no communication, no telephone, no chat - like they've gone out of business - but company house states no winding up applied for ... seems Ms Kanza Raza set up the company in 2020 - but now seems to have decided she doesn't wish to deal with customers or their problems with her faulty goods. And refunds are a definite no no !!! Sounds like a scam to me.

Really great service and product. I ordered the marble coaster set and despite it being very well wrapped up, the holder arrived slightly damaged. I contacted Gemstone Gifts and they re-sent the whole set (even though only one bit was damaged), and it arrived within 2 days. It is beautiful and looks very expensive. Thanks for the great customer service.

I would give this beautiful pyramid Himalayan salt lamp 5****** stars! Although the box it arrived in was not very nice, and it was a present, that was the only downfall, hence the 4 stars. It was pretty beat up packaging, but the lamp itself was completely beautiful, so well crafted and will be loved. It arrived in perfect time, thank you.

I have ordered selenite lamp and Himalayan salt lamp- I was so impressed with how beautiful and big both lamps are, how well and securely packaged they were and how fast they were delivered. I love the beautiful, healing light they radiate and strongly recommend the company! It’s English business on top of that and not some Amazon shipping from other side of the world. Very wholesome experience all around :)
