This is my second order I placed with Emma and yet again I am blown away by the quality of her work and the service that she provides. Each time she has gone above and beyond to make the gift I was buying so special. I ordered a lovely Pandora charm with an engraved photo and writing and a lovely engraved keyring with a scan photo and writing and they were absolutely beautiful. All I had to do was upload the photo I wanted engraved onto it.
Today it arrived & its amazing, the engraving is so clear. it's a great fit for my phone too .

I honestly cannot express how amazing the products from Gemz by Emz are. They’re not just products, they’re sentimental and heartfelt gifts and keepsakes. My grandma passed away 2 years ago and I was completely heartbroken (still am) having grown up with her it felt like a part of me had died. I received a Pandora charm with my grandparents photo engraved onto it and I was in tears, it’s the most thoughtful gift ever, I always feel like they’re with me but wearing my fave pandora and having that charm with me makes my day feel 100 times better. I’ve never seen photo engraving done so well, the pictures are so clear and so well done, she’s a photographer and has done photo editing so there’s no one else out there who could engrave and edit photos as well as her. I’ve bought other engraved items from her and I cannot recommend her enough, she takes time, effort and cares about her customers. 110% recommend her products! You won’t be disappointed
