Absolutely zero issues, about the best dispatch email I've had so far. Gave me a good laugh.
Paid for the cable, got the dispatch email, cable arrived like they said it would, even came in a nice hard plastic box lined with foam to keep it in good condition.

Bought a service interface for my scooter to check fault codes.
There are many out there but chose this one from a youtube vid.
Price was good and got delivered in a few days.
Works well and instructions ok.
But there are lots of YouTube vids on how to use it but it's simple enough.

My experience with this company is of great communication and they are always helpful. Having been in business myself for nearly 30 years I learned early on that the best companies to deal with are those that deal with any problems or concerns promptly and effectively. Gendan is among the best.

Purchased an NT530 from Gendan, received it today. Was packaged really nicely by their 'Swedish packaging specialist' 😂 and it's a lovely bit of kit. Excellent company to do business with, I received my Foxwell scanner within days. I realised I had ordered the wrong one, phoned them immediately and they exchanged it instantly. The scanner sorted the problem with my Honda, something of which the Honda dealer failed to achieve. I would certainly recommend using this company to anyone. The fault code readers are well made, excellent features for the money, well packaged up, and very quick delivery. Everything a motorist encountering problems needs.
