Really easy

Really easy to complete the necessary details and choose the level of cover required. General Accident came up as one of the cheapest on Confused.Com and was about £150 cheaper than my current insurer...and had a lower excess.
Hopefully I won't need to comment on their service over this next year!

Worst insurance experience I’ve ever had!

Without prejudice.
Awful service, staff have no knowledge of their product and do not know how to deal with issues, over 10 calls & 3 emails and I still do not have online access to an online insurance account!!! Imagine if I needed to claim!! Also they breached GDPR rules sent me someone else’s email with their name and contact details so that person may have my mobile number and other details too!!!
