Joined today. Played Deal or No Deal and on two occasions one after the other, the screen froze just long enough for me to miss a timed collect offer and then immediately released without the webpage refreshing. Discussed with advisor who would escalate but couldn't give an indication when I would hear back. That has NEVER happened in that game on any other website I have played and I have super-reliable broadband connection.

I've played quite a few different casinos online. Most when you start will give you small wins some big but generally will humour you into thinking your a bit lucky and going to win. Genisis however I've deposited around $100 in the last couple of weeks and am lucky to even get small wins which aren't worth withdrawing. The webisite looks good and easy to navigate. I've struck problems with their chat staff (who are also on Spinit Casino) Pretty much all other casino chat crews are helpful and friendly usually even some banter. These guys & girls are extremely slow, so slow it feels like its on purpose almost. I personally have found them blunt,dont really seem interested in helping and don't appear to appreciate you are the customer! The only one good so far is a gentleman named Eeka.When I leave a bad rating or comment I always recieve feedback from the customer service team which is good & they try with a tiny token of maybe 10 free spins but if that actually changes anything on their end who knows.

Lmao another scam website. I had a withdrawal of £200 yet for some reason they just closed down the account without even sending me an email. I don't even know why the f1ck they would do this, and this is pretty illegal given that the offer wasn't finished and I still had money in there.

edit : as for the withdrawal, no, I didn't get any email about a withdrawal and was even asked for documents. Not only that you guys closed down my account, so I can't even see anything. Which is illegal to close down if I still have a bonus, and your own website even says it is illegal to close down an account whilst it still has bonus.

Deposited £55 didn’t want the bonus won £190 was paid next morning happy so don’t know why the negative comments.

This casino just took $200 from me. They put my money into a bonus and said I can't withdraw anything until I've completed playthrough. I forfeited the bonus and was told there's nothing they can do because I didn't realize I wouldn't be able to withdraw anything.

I would rate genesis a zero if I could. These scammers have robbed me of £7000 that I won. They take your money but when you win will put every obstacle in your way to avoid paying out. They have just been fined by the gambling commission for not playing by the rules. They shouldn't be able to operate in the UK and I partially blame the gambling commission for allow these conmen to have a license. Avoid at all costs

Finally, they paid me after two months and 500 emails. If you have a problem with them, you have to be patient for more than two months, and you have to send them an email every day.

Really no stars at all , what a dumb robbing site , I'm a member of 6 casino sites and I am accepted on all as a British citizen without any hassle, but when I joined genesis casino and won 300 pounds they are making it very hard to prove I am who I say I am
So far I have emailed them a copy of my signed national insurance card (British citizen)
My visa debit card all signed ( oh they have no problem taking your deposits it's when you want your winnings.
Proof of address by showing them where I live .
My Gov gateway copy to prove I'm British and who I am
Also my passport , I know its just ran out but even my other casinos accepted this due to I would never have a passport that states I'm a British citizen in the first place , and my drivers licence but just in the middle of changing my address on it ,
So all that info and they still say it isn't enough they want me to apply for a citizenship card that would cost 30 pounds.
So in order to get my winnings I'm having to pay for it . STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE SO FRUSTRATING, every email you get back is exactly the same , as if your account is passed to different staff where they just send back a copy and pasted message.
I know they are going to close my account sooner or later and that I won't get my winnings , but to be honest I only deposited 30 pounds to win, so if they think I'm trying to fraud them out of 300 pounds then the jokes on them. But what they didn't say is with article 17 on the gamblers commission . It states
No online casino sites cannot accept deposits and to gamble without verification first. So I will fight them to the tooth to get my deposits back .
They've broken the law

I was finally paid my 501.00 after almost a year and 6 months of bank statements and all kinds of other personal info I never wanted to give.

But i still have to say Genesis Casino is theeee worsttttt, I play alot on alot of other sites and I just deposited 60.00 on Genesis and played 1.00 spins right down to 0 without even 5 cents lmao. I instantly knew why I hated this casino and decided to be that guy lol and just come back and tell everyone how Fkn bad this Casino is.

Sent all documents off and have been verified. Still no email about withdrawal and no funds received. Sent numerous emails with no response and live chat team are hopeless. I advise everyone to stay away from this casino.

Update: 21/02/2022
So after being verified and told my withdrawals would be processed I have now received an email to state I breached their terms because I have a second account. I do not. And that they won’t be returning deposit money or withdrawals.
Bare in mind there are other customers on here who have had a nightmare getting anything, it is clear they just take your money pretend to verify you and then keep your money. I am in talks with the gambling commissioner, even confirming it is ridiculous I have in writing a verified account and confirmation of withdrawal. They have robbed money and it is just so illegal.

Victim like so many others. I deposited and as soon as I withdrew was asked to verify. Surprisingly this seemed straightforward, I was verified on Saturday 12th feb less than 24 hours after submitting all requested documents and told nothing further required the withdrawals would be processed asap. My account was then blocked like others - luckily have screenshots of pending withdrawals. I was then ignored for 3 days and have continued to receive automated responses. They are so silly though, one minute I get an automated response, the next I get told the withdrawal is processed then I get told it is with the payments team for review? So not only have they far exceed their ‘instant’ withdrawal timeframe and the 72 hours they also stated on the Friday but they are now viciously lying and delaying payment. I have actually asked that they just return the deposits (£200 against withdrawl of £270) because I don’t want to deal with them anymore. And they have ignored the question. I have seen reviews stating customers have been asked for further verification and I have been assured nothing further needs to be provided. No doubt I will get an automated response to this review but to reiterate I have been asked for nothing further, I have been assured withdrawal will be processed (it hasn’t they state it’s with payments team) and have several emails telling me it will be done asap. Please don’t deposit with this company, they won’t pay out, ignore you, and come up with every excuse under the sun to not pay out. I have spoken with the gambling commissioner and provided all evidence of the conversations I have had with them. I have to update them later today as it’s been well over the processing time and with all the proof that they have said the withdrawal would be processed just haven’t done it and are holding the money. A very bad experience they check your details everything is ok then when you try to play you are blocked from security team for another ceck .they don’t give any details about what is happening or any emails.

Very poor, gave them £25 to have a go, then sent them my driving licence. They said verified. Then I tried to play. No chance. The app says I wasn't verified. Joined in December 2021 and deposited and withdrew fine for about a month. Then won $1200 on a slot on Feb 1st, now they need all of this verification info which I send immediately. 15 days later and still no update on when my account will be verified and my withdrawal processed. I feel just robbed and scammed. I’ve sent multiple emails asking for an honest answer of when my withdrawal will go through and I’ve gotten nothing but generic “your case has been escalated” emails over and over again. There are a lot of online casinos so shop around and avoid at all cost.

Update— 1 month later, daily emails sent, numerous “agents” calling me a priority and that my case has been escalated and yet no pay out. I provided all necessary information required and they just ignore my requests to know what the delay is. They are a criminal organization without a doubt. You will never get ahold of an actual human and at this point expecting to never receive my own winnings. Avoid this train wreck of an online casino. There are many out there that will not rob you and treat you like a nuisance for asking for your own money.

Well I've had a reasonably pleasant experience with customer support. I recieved the mail today that my account was verified and my withdrawal will be processed.

A little nervous after reading these reviews but hoping for the best.

Update - the response is that payments were realesed today yet mine still shows under pending withdrawals. So how can you have released something that I still have the opportunity to cancel?
