Impressed with the customer support and optimistic about the products so far
My initial email contact regarding what Genova products would be recommended for my skin, was answered thoroughly and promptly. I ordered the products and they arrived expediently. Although I have only been using them for a short time I am optimistically impressed so far.
The packaging, with a pump bottle (plastic), resting in a moulded liner, in a box, with a printed product insert enclosed in a paper sleeve is somewhat excessive in my mind and is my only issue. It is challenging my environmental ethics. And of course, ordering on line requires yet another box for mailing. But it did all arrive safe and sound.

Seriously! This really works!
Following my plastic surgeon's recommendation, I used Genova Silicone Scar Gel for the past year. At first, I was sceptical, but it visibly reduced the small scar on my face. So then I used it on a wide local excision scar with success. Because it worked so well, I decided to try it on a five-year-old abdominal scar. Much to my surprise, the product also reduced the raised red scarring. A little gel goes a long way, so the bottle lasts for ages—six months for me. The pump works efficiently and can be operated with one hand. The sleek bottle design is so stylish that I'm happy to have it on my vanity. Thank you, Genova, for making such a great product!

Quiet disapointed
Quiet disapointed, brought eye serum used whole bottle over 3 months, did not reduce dark circles and on occasions it had a burning sensation. Also bought scar serum have used it twice a day since April 12th has not reduced old or new scars. Very disappointed as i asked the question at 4 weeks and was advised to keep using it twice a day so i bought another bottle hoping to see results.

All of our Genova Skincare products have been dermatologically tested by a leading European testing agency for sensitivity and irritation, so we are at a loss as to why you've experienced irritation to your skin. We always suggest application at least twice per day to see improvement with your skin issue. However, given that you are experiencing skin irritation, we do suggest cessation of the product - at least over the short term.
