only been a Customer for a week or so and i need to say they are fantastic, they may not offer markets that the bigger brands offer however i have not had any issues, also ignore the reviews about scams etc i have Deposited with no issues and ive Withdrew with no issues one withdrawal was in within 20 minutes

Absolutely rubbish, appalling is the word, no problems in accepting your deposits but when it comes to pay your winnings they leave you waiting forever.
The worst I come across online.
If I could I would give them 0 stars.
The last time I checked the withdrawals I made was showing fail withdrawal for both, they didn't fail the deposit I made?

So i just joined this betting site online and i put all my usual details on there and was welcomed as a new customer , on supplying my bank details i found that my commercial bank or buisness account was not acceptable and so i asked my wife if i could use her bank details instead... i didnt know if this would be accepted as it is my wifes account.. anyway it was accepted and i made a deposit all good eh.... after placing some bets and winning on my bets i did go to wthdraw my winnings only to find out that i had to upload my proof of identity in order to be paid out, thats fine i had my driving license and utility bill and the bank card i used to make the deposit in wich i uploaded and sent... all good so far, so i get my reply saying that the 3rd party bank deposit card is not acceptable and my account is now suspended, in order to resolve this i was asked to provide now my wifes details in witch i am now annoyed as they accepted this method of payment in the first place, anyway i have now sent my wifes details in witch she is not at all happy with and now they have said they have passed this to another team to review, this is a bet that i placed and win, i havent even had my stakes returned. Im lost on this as if i can go to a shop and buy something with my wifes card and vice versa then why not put a line on its sme rigmarole all this for a bet.. i will stay away from online betting in the future.so now i have found out that i wont be paid out my winnings and my account is closed, so why would a company then accept my wifes card in witch i stated her name when depositing. why not stop me there and say this is not your name, its not the matter of the money now although i could be doing with it its the fact they have took all my id details and then asked for my wifes for what reason would they ask for my wifes, i would say to anyone wanting to join a betting site to scroll by this so called Gentlman jims company. and remember as a company you have to realize your mistake.. when you do a bank deposit please then check the name of the card holder that is written in the box i am sure you are able to do that are you not!!!

These people are basically wanting new customers that have gambling backgrounds and can’t go any where else ? They will take your money then if you win big ? They will stick you with terms conditions and gambling concerns and keep your money until you go gambling commission and send them an e mail regarding there actions
And there e mails that are contemporary to there actions . Stay away form these people . Lovell brothers company . They own a few gambling sites so be aware if these Lovell brothers . Absolutely didn’t pay on time ? They asked me fir details and gave me two weeks to get them sent , the very next day when I was 1600 in credit they stopped my account and haven’t answered e mails since ? Signed up to this site a few days ago, and I deposit and deposit more and more money with no return 🤷, we're not stupid and know the risks when gambling, but your money doesn't seem to last very long on here, you can deposit £50 and switch between spin's from 10 up to 50p, and it's just dead spins constantly, so there's this thing called the law of average when you gamble, as in you should get a bonus or free spins when playing by the law of average! But it's always 2 symbols and fly's straight past the third one, and yesterday I was determined to get a bonus from feeling like I'd been robbed by them, I played 1 game for a good 45 minutes trying to get this bonus to trigger and nothing just kept on taking my money, so I decided to play another one and I was on this game for a 73 minutes and nothing just just kept on teasing!

I won some decent bets and withdrew maybe a £1000, I thought here we go being a smaller bookmaker how long is this going to take but to there credit it was processed and in bank within the hour. Last week I had a very nice win (although a horrid cash out from myself) but again withdrew and processed in my account within a hour!

Customer service are fantastic and very friendly, I like the fact these seem to be more of an old school bookmaker with no gimmicks.

I would recommend a proper punter to use gentleman Jim.

I have put forward some critique to customer service as I have had a few bets reviewed by their trader take a little too long and then also knocked back to a lower stake, but to their credit also customer service said they would take a look and maybe adjust, I hope they do and could also report that at a later date.

All in all, I am extremely pleased and hope as they grow which I’m sure they will they don’t change as they are fantastic!

Not sure where to start, seen an advert on Facebook still there now sign up wager for free spins did all this had spins the day later. No problem up till now.

Process a withdrawal this is where the fun starts 6 days later no funds received, no email stating why from them either. I start contact with them via email. Apparently free spins had to be wagered 30 times (I missed this but ok), nowhere on site when I requested a withdrawal was any mention of bonus funds but again ok if that's what they say.
