I bought two apple ipad charging cables. They work sometimes, which is frustrating. The one from the Apple store (£19) always works, so I dont know why these are intermittent. I may return them to swap for another to try again as the reviews are great usually.

I ordered a Samsung USB-C to USB-A Cable but was sent a Samsung charger and a USB-A to USB-Micro cable.
I tried calling but no answer
I sent an email asking for the correct order to be sent... No response
I Completed their online form asking for the correct order to be sent... No response.
Unless you're looking for a 'lucky dip' I suggest you keep well clear of this company as you may not receive what you ordered.
