Ordered a iPhone X which randomly switched itself off a couple of times a day from the day it was deliveeed. Returned it, zero communications on whether the phone has been received, ir what the issues was. I chased, was told there was an issue with the screen, which was replaced and the phone eas sent back to me. The phone remained faulty, I asked again if it could be repaired. It was picked up and again no comms to say it was with them, or what was happening until I chased again I get an email saying that as the screen is cracked they wash their hands of it, despite acknowledging that there was a fault with the phone. Please don’t buy from this company. Appalling customer service and in my experience sub standard product.

The process had been positive until the payment, which was advertised as being made when equipment was tested and passed. I was then informed that I should wait up to five working days for payment. Generally a good experience though.

Price was cut dramatically after inspection. Not sure what constitutes good or fair condition!

The offer was the best around.
Package arrived in 2 days, sent it off and received a text when they received my phone. I was updated quickly and told my payment should arrive within 5 working days.
