I purchased a Panasonic blue-ray remote from a well-known shopping channel which seemed to be a good price.
When used the quality was found to be poor so ended up sending it back.
I then found Genuinremotes online and though I thought there was a big price difference I bought one.
So glad I did it worked great and had the original Panasonic quality. You get what you pay for in the end.

Able to supply an original Panasonic remote for an ageing piece of equipment and delivered far more quickly than promised. As good as it gets.

Was a little unsure as remote was slightly different from original.Put batteries in pointed at the tv and …………….

Having bought a generic, one-size-fits all type from a diffirent supplier which didn't work, I found the specific model I needed (ALBA) on Genuineremotes.

I called them first to double check if their one didn't work, could I get a refund and they were very helpful.

Remote arrived following day and worked fine. Another telly saved from the rubbish tip, all for the sake of just needing a working remote.

Bought a remote control, returned it in immaculate condition when we discovered the TV needs a new part (not a new remote).
We bought the remote for £13.99 and got a refund of £3.75 so it has cost us £10.24 for an item we returned.
Emailed the company with no response.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Avoid this company at all costs!!!! Product didn't arrive but when I emailed them was told it had already been delivered, when it most definitely had NOT. Don't try to contact them via telephone, they will NOT pick up and ignored all further emails from me. I was only fortunate to have paid for goods by PayPal who luckily gave me a refund . BE WARNED. They deserve zero stars, but was forced by the app to put one! They just put a reply to say my parcel has been tracked to outside my house. I wasn't even sent a tracking number nor a delivery date for my item. Unbelievable . DISGUSTING FRAUDULENT !! AVOID! AVOID! Just checked the tracking number put by Genuine Remotes in their reply below, in the Royal Mail website, who told me that number had not even be registered! Only confirms that they blatantly lied in this site! AVOID!!

I am 100 percent honest. This company Genuine Remotes is also trading as Spares Direct on eBay He has been reported to be investigated for abusing trading rules on that site as well

I notice that they have deleted the foul name they called me in their original reply, i. e. "You stupid c**t' but I took a screenshot of it with the date and if this company keeps emailing me through Trustpilot, I will report them to the police for harassment and see a solicitor to sue them for defamation of character. I also have a screenshot of the false tracking number that they posted here, which Royal.Mail said had never been registered with them. BE WARNED. This person should never be in business as he treats customers with contempt. Will be contacting Watchdog and trading standards even though other customers have already reported him.
I have just telephoned PayPal, who have just told me that they have received NO such report against me as a buyer, and thanked me for a being a valued and trusted customer for the last 11 years. Please post no more malicious falsehoods against me as all appropriate actions will taken.

If i could give less than 1star i would no communication and when i left a bad review for item not arriving they then proceeded to pass blame on to everyone else then calling royal mail with vile language they then proceded to block me so dont know if my part has been sent avoid at all costs this is not how to do business

Very easy to find the remote that we needed for our old Panasonic tv. Glad we could still find one available. Ordered online and it was delivered within 3 days. Excellent service.

Communication non existing when I rang they put the phone down the second phone call there was an answer phone which they said they didn’t take calls... and the remote is not a genuine remote.

Seen some negative reviews but apart from not answering my email I can't fault the service, easy to order remote and was delivered within 5 working days, very happy

Ordered remote but the one that came was slightly different to picture advertised. As It was for someone else I texted a query asking advice and should it be replaced by the one in picture advertised. No reply. Very unhappy as I only wanted contact with someone for advice.
