Can’t get hold of the company by phone or email to start a refund. No refund process listed on their website.

June 2021. Did not send the part ordered, impossible to contact or leave message on the phone number given. Part received was sent from Spares Direct 2015 Ltd. No receipt or invoice in the packet. No reply to email, only via Trustpilot. Refund asked for but not offered by this seller which is contrary to distance selling regulations. Poor service, avoid.

First class service. Ordered a replacement remote and it was promptly dispatched. The price I paid was extremely good. Would highly recommend anyone to use this company.

This is about the incredible service I got from Genuineremotes.co.uk when I ordered a remote for my Panasonic RBWT 735 blue-ray hdd recorder. The original remote # was N2QAYB000758. The later version is NQ2QAYBOOO780 and it works fine. I edit out adverts, unwanted bits at the start and end of the recording, and record onto DVD-R's to save mainly music programmes and films I like. I had a query and the phone was not answered and was unable to take messages so I checked reviews and thought I'd take a gamble and order. I received no confirmation of the order and started to fret so I tracked the owner down on Compant house web site and sent a massage to him. He PROMPLTLY replied and eased my troubled mind. The remote arrived 2 days later so I was relieved and delighted when it worked so well. Thanks again David !

I ordered a new remote control for my TV at 7.30pm on Monday, and it arrived at 2pm on Wednesday. Great service.

I found this company very unhelpful. I contacted firm before the 30days return policy had expired. Two months later I still had the problem, they said it was past the 30days. His solution in the end was for me to return remote at my cost. He was unwilling to send me a replacement. In my experience I would not deal with this company again.

Amazing.. ordered a new remote for the mothers-in-laws Panasonic TV, it came within the week, looks just like her old one and works a treat. And really cheap. Can't fault them

Placed order for remote but informed it was out of stock. Reply was quick and refund processed immediately. Offer made to obtain from their supplier but was able to source it elsewhere.
Would highly recommend this company.

The only supplier in the UK who could supply an original remote for my TV rather than a clone. Ordered Sunday evening, shipped Monday morning and delivered Tuesday morning. Highly recommended.

Ordered Panasonic remote at lunchtime, arrived the next morning, works as expected. Tried Panasonic UK spares first, was sent one that was not compatible, sent it back for refund. Good service.

I placed an order for the remote from this website and it was received the next morning and not had any problems since having the remote.

Ordered a replacement remote control N2QAYB000428 Sun 3/11/2018 and it was received on Tues morning 6/11/2018. Seems to be a prefect replacement and so inexpensive. Only one problem - I paid for it at the time of ordering (money has been taken out of my bank account) but their payment system Klarna is now chasing me for the money under their Pay Later scheme!
Would have been 5-star but for that.

Whilst the remote did not work when I attempted to pair it with my 3D Internet TV, one telephone call to your office provided the advice required and the remote now works perfectly.

Although there is no mention of the word Panasonic on it, to all intents and purposes it looks just the same as the original control. Your very competitive price, inclusive of P&P, made it an excellent purchase. In the event someone I know requires an item of equipment you stock I shall not hesitate to recommend your services.

Correct parts for your products!

I was hesitant at first buying from a website I did not know of. I only trusted them after I looked at other Trust Pilot reviews and followed up with a general phone inquiry.

I needed a soundbar holder and the screws for my Samsung soundbar. Looked at numerous websites until I found Genuine Remotes! Called up to double check I was going to order the right thing.

Would not hesitate to buy again and everyone should trust this company!!

The remote works just like the original and is of similar quality, A good replacement / substitute.

After looking for a universal remote to replace an old one, and getting very confused, I found these and was able to order one for my exact model of tv. As it says, I just put in batteries and it worked straight away. Ideal for me. Good price. I would buy again.
