I placed my order over a month ago. I paid for two day shipping, the order status still says waiting fulfillment. I have sent three emails to inquiry about the order and I have yet to receive a response.
I ordered from them in the past and had my orders within two weeks with no issues.

Friendly, but...
I made an order, and couldn't view it for days after making it. I sent the link to other people and they couldn't view the website either. Then, after a week, I was informed that the products I ordered were out of stock. Now, it's been 10 days since they told me to expect my refund to show up in my account "within 2 days." I still haven't received my refund. They had very friendly messages, which is appreciated! But will not order again because I'm not sure what's going on with this vendor or their stock.

I love buying my contacts from here
I love buying my contacts from here, they have a big selection of colours and do a variety of prescriptions.
This time round they did sell out of the browns and blacks I usually get (not surprising as they are popular and it must be hard to get stock during these crazy times) however, Victoria was great at finding contacts that were in stock at my prescription, she also got the contacts sent out super fast. Brilliant customer service and I look forward to buying more contacts in the future.
