Ordering oil is a pleasant and engaging process with the best price agreed and a delivery date given.

Called up and ordered oil. Asked if they could call the day before as I have a dog. They did this… very grateful

Peter turned up to deliver oil. Always well presented and smart. Peter is warm, friendly, engaging and always respectful of my property as I have not very secure fence panels (need replacing) and they are wobbly so Peter makes sure he puts enough hosepipe over the fence without damaging my fence. Office staff were friendly and helpful and the delivery arrived promptly as notified by text and email. The driver [Peter] was brilliant, respected the property and provided some excellent advice regarding the oil tank and was professional, polite and friendly.

Having been let down badly yet again, again by a company beginning with "C", I phone Geoff Boorman and spoke to a most helpful and charming lady called Sophie.Delivery was within a few days as requested and I even had a pre-warning phone call. The driver was very helpful - Geoff Boorman have a new customer.

They rang the night before to check the delivery was ok, delivered by a very pleasant driver, so all was well.

Certas had delivery failings with our order after taking on too much. We dropped Certas and Boorman delivered a couple of days after our order, having quoted a price much lower than Certas. Certas seem to take too many advance orders when the price is high. Thanks Boorman

We have been customers for over 20 years. Always had great service respectful of property a fair price and even in the depths of winter will ensure we are topped up - even on Christmas Day one year. Peter who delivers always keeps an eye out for our dogs and never forgets the Aga additive.

Consistantly delivered on time and always at a fair price. Spotlessly clean vehicles and so efficient. Peter arrived this morning and made light of manoevering the vehicle and was as cheerful and helpful as always. Office staff are always helpful too, I always feel like a valued customer.

You may get heating oil a penny/ltr cheaper if you are prepared to wait a week or so but why wait when Geoff Boorman give such an excellent service every time and rarely do you have to wait. Their drivers and office staff are also the nicest around which is why we have been with them for 20+ years.

Ordered by phone, smooth process. Asked for delivery before the weekend if possible.
Arrived mid morning on Friday. Delivery driver Pete exceptionally friendly and efficient.
Good prices and excellent customer service.
