Canceled subscription and Billed after confirmation received of account being closed
I subscribed to the one day trial and shortly after realized that its not the service I require. I sent a chat to their support specialist Nicky Brown and she confirmed in writing that my subscription has been canceled and no further fees will be charged. Today i get charged for a months billing R943 deducted without my consent and after I had canceled the subscription.

Pointless, paying for nothing
Service and subscription unclear.
Do not use this service if you want to locate YOUR OWN device. The service is misleading as is the subscription rate. Furthermore it is impossible to unsubscribe to the "service" as the continue button does not appear on screen in order to proceed with the cancellation. The service is at best opaque. I have emailed the company (support) and hope for resolution. I only want to trial the service and did not authorise debit payment of circa £39. Be very aware of these services. They are not what they appear as I have found out. Stupid of me.

I’m beyond appalled by this total scam of a website.
I used it to try and find someone because I need to see if I can contact them because someone they know has died recently, and this website was a total money grabbing waste of time which if I wasn’t grieving would have seen clearly what a total joke of a horrible use of peoples emotions this is.
You put a mobile number in, it says that person is in or around your location which is totally untrue and I know that for a fact because they are at the opposite end of the country to me.
I then was told to use their additional “benefits” which would include presumably some total heartless con artist making more than the les than £1 I wasted in the first place to make my search better.
When you go to cancel, it’s the most difficult and confusing thing to cancel I’ve ever seen because you get notified you are going to be charged £40 the next morning. But cancelling is so difficult it would take Jonathan Creek an hour to do, links they send don’t work and the advice on their website conflicts with what they write on Google.

The website is a complete scam
It claims that the cost to track a phone number is 97p but then after confirming that payment, it automatically charges you 47 pounds. I had no way to confirm this purchase and have been completely scammed. I had to cancel the random subscription it put me on and now have to contact my bank. Will never be using this website again and will being emailing them a lot to ask for a well deserved refund. I have never used the app since.
