Brought Valentino trainers from here and they were the wrong size. Emailed 5/6 times for a refund and they have completely ignored me. Bad customer service

Ordered some shoes in my normal size. Arrived pretty quickly but came up too large. Got in touch via the website and over email looking to exchange - ignored. Finally messaged on Instagram and got told there was a no exchanges policy? This isn’t listed anywhere on their website and apparently this is obvious because it states that on their Instagram! Pretty farcical for a company which claims to offer a ‘premium service’. My advice - avoid at all costs. An absolute SCAM. Literally only interested in taking your money and running.

Followed advice on sizing, Valentino trainers came the next day, best price I could find in my size. Couldn’t fault Geometra, definitely order from here again!!!!!

Thought I was a size 7 but after trying them on I needed a size 6.5.

Messaged the company asking to exchange, messaged me back very soon after telling me the address and how to send it back. Once received, they told me the exchanged pair (size 6.5) will be with me the next day which it was.

Outstanding service and very very very competitive prices in the luxury brand trainer market.
