"CODE DELIVERED TO YOU DIGITALLY"

But in reality:
"Thank you for reaching out to us. What you are buying is a game that comes in the form of an account, which you'll have to add to your console and activate your console as primary for it. That will let you download the game directly from the Nintendo Store, and then switch right back to your own account and enjoy the game from there.
In order to redeem the game, you will need to follow the steps in the activation guide and send us the access code you get at the end of it."

And the code mentioned above is:
"The text you are referring to refers to the unlock code you receive upon the purchase, which is delivered to you digitally, and we are very sorry if there was a misunderstanding in regards to that."

So it's just code to redeem an account.

I like the site. Delivery sometimes can take a couple of hours but it's worth saved money. I had some problems with activation but support guy named Brian helped me get it done. I'll shop here again for sure

Purchased new Mario game from this site and it took them less than an hour to deliver it. I received all the needed activation assistance from their chat. Great prices and service, will definitely purchase more games from them. Keep up the good work guys!

Got a new Spider-man yesterday for half the price and playing already, shot out to Philip from support team, helped me and explained how to set everything up, provided a discount on the future purchase.
Delivery isn't instant, but for that price I can wait a bit, hadn't seen that level of service anywhere else

Avoid avoid avoid. You are not buying games here just access to another account which has the game. They also will not give you a refund.

Please close this website and try to refund people. I don't understand how this website is still open just stealing money from people. Please take actions and report. They just lie and keep you waiting no product no refund. Of course I already report the website.

If only I could give zero stars. ALL o the “games” on the site are account codes. This is against the terms and conditions of Sony and Microsoft.
They will claim they have sent the details to your account, when you actually don’t have one! They then tell you it can take up to 28 days to receive the refund

Just don't bother, unless you like wasting money.
They even have a FAKE 4.5 stars trustpilot rating on the website.

Complete Jokers! And the website is a rip off from cdkeys.com.

Keep your hands FAR away from this company, let them be forgotton quickly.

First of all they try deny you a refund/cancel, before they have even sent the product, its illegal. I told them and they gave me a policy, which they had made up for themselves.

When i told them, it doesn't hold in court, they suddenly in an instant, refunded me. It's a terrible service, it has to be with threats of action.

Meanwhile the account i made through that order, was deleted so if it weren't for my luck i didn't close down my order status tab, i wouldn't have been able to log-in again to check my order status.

It's writtin shady all over it.

Instant delivery, was 10 hours.
Product was advertised as a key/code and not as an account, which was what i got.

Customer service claimed ''that the nature of the product is stated very clearly on the product's description page'' were it did not mention account, and i provided a screenshot of it.

Customer service closed the ticket, with no proper response.

Just a bad experience.

As I dont want to follow the instructions, because I want a Key I write to the support to get my money back, with no chance. All orders are final.

- long and complex activation and delivery process
- you have to get your keys through the Chat support (and through dubious ways)
- long delivery duration (5 hours+ in my case)
