Be Careful !!! I purchased a game but I have nothing after a week . Support team still saying I have to wait for it but I don’t trust them anymore .very bad experience .

It took a while to get access, but From the moment I asked for help I had the support of the Support team who helped me in every step to get access to my purchase.

The process takes some time and you need to log into another account but once you're done you got a game for cheap and they even allowed me to download more games too for free from the account.

Bought an account, still got nothing after 21 hours and customer service kept saying the same thing over and over again, that I'll either get it later today or tomorrow.
I'll wait 2 weeks for a refund, if I get nothing I'll file a chargeback complaint to Mastercard to get my money back.
EDIT: Fortunately I got my money back on the next day, so I guess it's a legit website with stock problems, having a higher number of orders than they could handle. I wish them luck.

Scam, I pay, and already 3 days and they keep saying that I need to wait

I wanted to buy a game, transferred the money, a day passed and I still haven’t received the game, although they write that delivery will take up to 3 hours, they don’t want to return the money either.

Purchase don’t take long to process and deliver and you have issues or questions they have a very very reliable costumer support service that will guarantee that you get the best result possible

All was great, like they say to you on page you get acc with game, and maybe you get more games on that acc, support is great, and gave help with installation and all...

I purchased what I believed to be a game key for the Switch, but it turned out to be an account instead. Unfortunately, this information was not clearly indicated on the website. The support team is not responding to my emails, and the chat link is broken. I wouldn't recommend this website to anyone.

Really helpful team I did personally struggle a little with how to sort the code out and everyone who I spoke to at the team of GetAGame are very helpful and friendly always happy to help even if it's step by step.

It took 7 days still no game/account. I asked for a refund and cancellation of the game. That wasnt a problem at all. They cancelled the game at 10 dec now 3 Jan still no refund. Very bad. Live chat is good though but still only 1 star. If in dont have my money back at the end of the week. I got with the chat transcripts to show the police. Think im scammed. Dont do business here.

I made a mess with the redeeming of a purchase but an agent called Phillip really got me on this one and solved my problem in a matter of seconds, someone give this man a raise. Besides that, good pricing and even got some recent games on the house! Will buy again.

Had some issues downloading the game. But after a good support, it works fine. Keep in mind you don't get a download key, but you'll have to follow a few steps to get the game.

Not a fan of the system and false advertising. I bought a key, not access to some random account to download the game from there.

And even once I've jumped through the hoops, I couldn't access the game

i got something for the switch, advertised as "redeem Code" but all i got was an accoutn with the game on it.
It went from: Hey i can play in around 1 Hour into, i Can play in 25 Hours.
Keep in mind that this is usable, but takes time.

There may be some who have had more positive experiences, but this was unfortunately not the case for me.

I had a couple of issues with this download, I am sure due to my IT skills. The customer service is the best I've seen. 10 seconds after raising an issue I was speaking to someone and they fixed the issue within about 2 minutes. Will certainly use again.

I bought spider man 2 and got it very fast
Also it's cheaper then others and I want to purchase call of duty soon
