I ordered a custom ornament
I ordered a custom ornament, was billed for it and did not receive a confirmation of the order. I emailed customer service and they have no record of my order. I have since emailed them 3 times with no response. If they don’t respond by tomorrow I will ask for chargeback to my card. I never received an order number. My credit card was charged for the purchase. I have emailed your customer service 4 times with automated responses.

It's been a month and my ornament still hasn't arrived. Dallas is 3 hours away and 21 days later, still haven't received it. Every time I email support, they send me a generic message back and refuse to assist me.

This is a scam. They have stolen one of my pictures and photoshopped police items onto my body. I am a police officer but they have added additional things. I didn’t authorize this company, Getcus, to use my likeness to sell anything!!!
