I've been a Lasso customer for years and refer them to everyone I know who is an Amazon affiliate. I added Lasso to all of my sites, and it basically increased our affiliate revenue by 50-75%. It also saved a bunch of time adding/updating images and links all over the place.

Affiliate plus has been a great new addition too. They basically found products I was already selling and helped me tap into higher commissions from them. And I didn't even have to do anything :)

The team is great too. There have been times where I needed something really specific for my sites and they shipped it in an update within a week. Thank you guys!

I recently installed Lasso’s plugin on my website and soon experienced a technical issue. The Cactus icon was not showing up on my WordPress Classic Editor’s toolbar. I reached out to Caitlin in customer support. She was amazing. She jumped right in and fixed it muy pronto. She gets five stars for that. And at this early juncture, when it comes to Lasso’s ad designs, options, and ease of implementation, I couldn’t be happier—five stars too!

I signed up for the monthly plan to test the plugin and for several reasons (one of them is that it crashes on my website's theme) I decided to cancel. Unfortunately, there is NO WAY to cancel on the website, we are forced to use a fake chat because no one ever answers. My card was charged again for a service that I no longer want and that I tried to cancel (by chat, by email and was unable to do so). Think very carefully before signing up for a service that you enter your card and cannot cancel. I do not recommend it at all.

Update: My refund has been issued and the subscription has been cancelled today.

Easy to use! Even for brand newbies like me. Customer service was prompt and very helpful!

Get Lasso is a joke. Be aware:

During a recent review of your account, we found that your account may be giving a third party, including vendors or reporting systems like Get Lasso, access to program content as a secondary owner on your account. This is a violation of the Operating Agreement terms and conditions which say “You will not disclose Confidential Information to any third party (other than your affiliates bound by confidentiality obligations).”

We have removed the secondary owner from your store on your behalf. Please do not re-add this creator as a secondary owner or you risk your account being closed.

It's a scam site that gets affiliate comission from other affiliates. For example if you search for Tidal.com affiliate program you get this "getlasso.co" scam website which gives you a link to sign up on CJ.com to become an affiliate of Tidal.com. Only that tidal.com doesn't work with cj.com and the offer displayed on "getlasso.co" is just a scam offer. Please report this cam site to cj.com and other affiliates that it works with.

I usually try not to make negative comments as much as possible. But I am sad to see a start-up company being so cruel to start-ups.

Last year, we integrated our entire site with Lasso. It took us 2 months to organize all the content and transfer it from the old system to Lasso. During this time, we were paying monthly, but they convinced us to switch to an annual payment plan with a campaign. However, instead of seeing an improvement in performance, we experienced a significant drop in traffic on both of our websites.

It took 2-3 months after the integration to realize the negative impact. Once we were aware of the situation, we requested a refund just 1 month after making our annual payment. Unfortunately, they cited their 14-day refund policy and did not meet our demands.

We are still tied to the annual plan, but the financial damage to our business was substantial. Additionally, we feel that we paid for a service that did not deliver as promised. Even now, we are paying for a service that we only used for 1 month, and it has significantly impacted our income. They handled our situation in a very unsympathetic manner.

Throughout our usage, we reported the issues we encountered to the support team, and we endeavoured to be cooperative users. While the application is still in development, we tried to be patient and support the improvements. But maybe such good intentions were a mistake. Perhaps the other party wasn't as honest as you.

The application caused significant damage to our database. Even now, we are still unable to completely remove all traces of Lasso from the database. It seems impossible to fully erase its impact, and when uninstalling the plugin, the damage caused by the application remains.

The $40 annual plugin we switched and currently utilize has performed well, and our traffic has increased despite Google's March update.

In conclusion, my advice is not to integrate it into your entire site or purchase an annual plan based on their campaigns. Test the free version on a few pages first, and only proceed if you see a positive impact.

In 7 years of running my blog, I have never experienced a worse company than Lasso. Their product repeatedly broke my site over the course of years.

The problem is you get locked in because it's hard to change out all your displays once you get them set up. Then they started introducing all these link scanning features which would literally break our site. The worst features ever from a site functionality perspective, in my opinion.

We tried to leave and then Lasso upsold us on a $3,600 "custom" package that would supposedly fix the issue (by stripping out the scanning features we never asked for).

Lasso did not actually deliver on what was promised in the contract.

At one point an executive of Lasso bragged to me about having access to so much customer data from other sites (just my two cents - Lasso can't be trusted, so be careful what you share in terms of click and affiliate data!)

After months of trying to get them to deliver what they promised, Lasso finally agreed in writing to a partial refund as a settlement.

That was in March, 2024.

I never got the refund they promised.

My opinion - RUN away from Lasso as far as you can. The worst decision of my blogging career was to ever sign up for this awful service.

Probably a great Plugin for someone

It's probably a great plugin for some spam sites, or those sites which recently got royally f'd by Google. Anyone dealing with serious product reviews will hate their interface, lack of options, control etc.

And their support just lies straight to you or doesn't even answer the question. I think I have to switch to a better plugin for my needs.

I thought about purchasing the Lasso affiliate plugin for 6 months. I tried several of the other popular ones for my blog but wasn't happy. I tried the free version of Lasso for 1 month and loved it. It saves hours of time adding and updating links on your site and creates beautiful affiliate display boxes, especially if you are an Amazon affiliate. This is easily done with no code; just add your link, and it does its magic. Support is great, which was also one of the factors that influenced my decision to purchase the Pro version.

Competitor tools are superior in every way. The customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. Strongly encourage anyone to avoid working with this company at all costs. You do not want to build a website around their tools.

I rarely leave negative reviews and wish I didn't have to leave this one. But I feel obligated to help others avoid a terrible product, backed by plainly awful people.

Edit: If you haven't seen it, look at Lasso's response to one of the other negative reviews here. Read into how they treat this person, who apparently was a Lasso insider at one point. This is on a known public forum and they have no qualms showing their ability to attack others rather than be professional and find a solution. Imagine how this plays out when you're a small customer in private emails. I can tell you from personal experience, it's not a fun thing to deal with.

I love this app! It's taken my website to the next level - easy to use and lots of design flexibility. Their customer service is also wonderfully responsive when I've had a question or requested a customization. Five stars!

When Amazon changed its Affiliate Stripe to eliminate the ability to generate ad images at the same time as text, it could have been a disastrous blow to our efforts as an Amazon Associate. Except that Lasso stepped into the breach and did what was necessary to keep its API integration functioning perfectly, image generation and all. Makes the modest fee well worthwhile.

Lasso saved the day when Amazon removed images from SiteStripe. The plugin is user friendly and robust. It makes managing and monetizing all of the affiliate links on my website a breeze. So thankful!

Wow. Working with a new site that participates in the Amazon Affiliate program and was delighted to find Lasso because it makes product presentations super simple and easy to manage. Coming from ThirstyAffiliates, it's felt like massive upgrade in user experience. Link management is easy. Product comparison layouts are a breeze. Literally drag and drop. I can't imagine the hours this tool saves.

But it doesn't end there. A few weeks in, I discovered that the Lasso plugin was interfering with some of the CSS rules set by the editor I'm using, Elementor. I decided to write a detailed overview of the problem and sent it to the support team--with little expectation that they would get to the bug fix anytime soon.

It was the Holidays so they made a point to acknowledge my note and keep me posted. Communication was super professional. And they ultimately patched the bug. I didn't know SaaS companies still delivered product support like this in 2024. So here I am, someone who almost never writes reviews, singing their praises.

I use Lasso for all of my affiliate link displays on several sites with it's great features. What I like the BEST though? Their customer service. When I went to transfer ownership of a site during an exit, Paul and the team were great in helping me completing the transfer. They were always quick to respond and find a solution.

When Amazon announced it would break all site strip images on Dec 31, 2023, I was in big trouble because I had over 150 thousand images to delete or be faced with a website full of broken links. We are a review website, and Amazon was about to delete all our album cover photos. Lasso came to my rescue by being able to convert all the images for me using their system to look exactly the same and continue working. I was skeptical at first, but it worked. All my images now continue to work. Furthermore, their plugin makes it really easy to add new ones. This company is the real deal.

Lasso is a great choice for healthcare businesses of all sizes. It's easy to use, has a wide range of features, and provides comprehensive analytics. The omnichannel capabilities are particularly impressive, as they allow businesses to manage all of their campaigns from one place. However, the pricing can be high for smaller companies, and some users have reported minor bugs and glitches.
