My son first purchased a Smirk…
My son first purchased a Smirk toothbrush and was really pleased with it. I had used Oral B toothbrushes in the past but they only lasted a couple of years before they no longer worked and they were too abrasive for my teeth. I then purchased a Smirk toothbrush and found it to be excellent. I then went on to purchase 2 more for both my sons and to this day they are all still in use. If you are looking for a reliable electric toothbrush which leaves your teeth feeling very clean and your mouth fresh then I recommend that you give Smirk a try - you definitely won't regret it.

I have bought smirk for years
I have bought smirk for years. I love the powder, it really does work. I'm very surprised people have had negitive feed back. I'm really surprised . I prefer smirk to the new one, everyone is talking about. Can't remember it's name. I bought 5 of these news ones, last Xmas, and no one was happy with them. Smirk is my number 1 tooth powder.

Replacement toothbrush heads
I ordered replacement toothbrush heads for my pro toothbrush as the email I received had said they had come back in stock. The customer service was excellent, he was called Cormac. Although I received the wrong toothbrush heads, the ones I want aren’t actually in stock yet, Cormac ensured I got a refund in a speedy time and his communication was excellent.
If Smirk can sort out their stock issue then I would be happy to order from them.

Like other people I have had no response from the company on three occasions in the last few weeks. I need new toothbrush heads but out of stock according to their website.
Have they gone bust I wonder.

Works well, but very disappointing lifespan!
Aside from feeling a little bit cheap and plasticky I was initially very pleased with how well Smirk's Ultrasonic Tooth Cleaner worked after purchasing it in December 2023. Unfortunately it hasn't lasted well - only 8 months after purchasing the motor kept cutting out intermittently. One month later the lights come on but nothing else is working. I've tried to contact the company about a replacement but so far had no response.

Ordered tooth whitening powder 06/06/24, money taken but goods not received. Chased delivery with 5 emails, reply says IT issues causing delay. Still not received anything so have passed to my credit card company to retrieve a refund for me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I’m not sure it can , I purchased an item end of may this year and still waiting for it,have emailed them several times they say the same thing over and over again they having it issues , nevertheless I have asked for someone to call me with an update and nothing,so asked for a refund guess what nothing.so disappointed in them .

Everyone who has ordered and got nothing, go to Watchdog. This company has folded but are still taking money if you order. DON'T DO IT, YOU WILL GET NOTHING. I ordered replacement heads on 26th May, numerous emails with no reply other than an automated one saying reply to this id you are still having problems! Now going to my bank to get refunded as paid on debit card

Have messaged them twice now over the last 3 weeks about replacement heads which are always out of stock thus rendering my toothbrush useless as I can't change the head...no reply from them at all 😡

Liars
Falsely marketed 1000+ 5* reviews on their website. Look at the actual rating yourself.
They were insolvent. I've tried to purchase replacement toothbrush heads for the ultrasonic toothbrush for six months but they were all sold out. Several attempts to contact were ignored then general response below from new owner who wrote the same message to everyone on trust pilot.
My response to Smirk: Appreciate the response Stephen, albeit the same on everyone's review page. I'd love to know how you intend to approach the false marketing on the website of 1000+ 5 star reviews on trustpilot? Also what's the difference between a smirk customer and a smirk user...?
