Like everyone else. Placed order 1 May. Nothing has arrived. Emails go unanswered. There is no number to phone. Will now report to bank.
I will say tho that if received, the product is good as I had it at Christmas... this time I wanted to get it for a friend's birthday and didn't receive it so cross about that and having no response!

Ordered from them over 2 weeks ago. Contacted customer support a week ago. Still no contact from a real human and my product still hasn't arrived. Starting to wonder whether this is a real company or whether I've just lost my money.

Clearly just a start up by some business student that wants to act as if they’re an entrepreneur. Would give a 0 if I could. Just a scam that’ll take your money and not send the item. If you’ve made the mistake of ordering like me, don’t waste your time emailing them as they won’t reply or they’ll just lie to you. Just go through your bank to retrieve your money.

I’d give no stars if I could. Absolute shocking customer service. Tried to contact them through email, they eventually replied blaming the delivery company, no proof provided for the shipping. They offered me a refund but I wanted my item that I paid for, tried to contact them through FB Messenger all they do is read you message and you have to send another for any sort of response. I’ve now took up a complaint with my bank to try retrieve my money.
There are other companies that provide the same products online with much better customer service.
Ordered on the 7th May and still waiting. 👍🏻

Dreadful customer service! Order placed 2nd May. Received email on 3rd saying shipping details had been passed to DPD. Emails Smirk last week and received automated mail saying something was wrong at DPD’s end. Emailed 2 more times and haven’t had a reply at all!! It’s now 16th May! The sender states next day delivery too!!! Will be emailing again today as I see a lot of reviews on here saying once a bad review has been lodged on here they’ve had a response!

*Update* after posting this I’ve had no reply containing an explanation or apology, just an email informing me I had been refunded. The refund came straight away which was good but still a shocking display of customer service. I’ve also now seen that Trustmark have put a notice on this review page that they have been misrepresenting Trustmark on their website. Needless to say I would NOT buy anything from this company!!!

As with many recent reviews, company do not appear to send purchased items. Bought the whitening bundle from them 4 days ago. Supposed to be next day delivery and the item has yet to have even been shipped out. Contacted customer service yesterday morning and no reply about the item. No message about why the item is delayed, just left on limbo waiting.
As a first experience with them, not likely to be a returning customer.
UPDATE -
Following seeing growing reviews about poor customer service I emailed them to cancel the order and request a refund. Still no response relating to where the order is but received an email with a couple hours saying they started to process the refund. So apparently they just ignore the emails related to postage of purchases.

I have just had the worst experience with this company I ordered my smirk product on the 6th of May still haven't received it still mo response, have tried the emails phone, not even a courtesy reply, same old email reply, customer service uas a zero still no further forward in relation to my product or when or if it will arrive, avoid at all costs

Rude customer service when I advised them DPD still waiting to receive the parcel days after Smirk said it was despatched. Smirk tried to claim DPD never scanned parcel. Don’t believe a word - Smirk warehouse staff should be checking handover of parcel anyway. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY-same comments about non-receipt throughout this thread

Agree with other reviewers, the company doesn't seem to be running properly. Item was ordered and expected to arrive 2-3 days later. Nothing arrived. Then a notification from dpd arrived to say they are waiting for parcel from smirk. Emailed smirk twice, no response. Contacted PayPal and smirk sent a msg thru them to say it's with dpd and due to be delivered next day. No delivery! Raised the matter as a claim a couple of days later and hey presto, dpd advised they now had the parcel and it was then delivered the following day! Luckily I purchased via PayPal. Otherwise I don't think they would have responded.

Wouldn’t even 1 star if I could help it. Ordered 19th April, have emailed to find out where my order is but heard nada. Just not good enough. If it’s out of stock don’t sell it on the website. You’ve taken my money and earning interest on it! If you do this to all of your customers you’re really onto a winner. Bring back smiles!

Ordered product on 27/3/24 emailed them multiple times asking politely for a order update, no response! Left a bad review on here then suddenly got a reply, and order was shipped out. Product received 18/4/24, haven’t had enough time to use the product yet so can’t comment on the quality. This is a poorly run company with bad communication skills. The question is would I have received the product If I didn’t leave a bad review here???

Ordered pap whitening powder on 28th march, still not delivered - not update via shop app, sent two emails one on 2nd april and one on 10th april .. both emails unanswered so no idea whats happening.. not a good start.

FINAL EDIT- Have spoken to Smirk on Facebook and resolved the issue. Perhaps an IT issue as emails that I have sent weren't received and I haven't been receiving any auto replies to my emails. This then caused a breakdown in communication.
However, it has been swiftly dealt with and I am happy with the most recent customer service.
I would suggest to customers in future that if they do not receive a response via email, to contact Smirk via Facebook as the response was very prompt.
Summary of events:
Placed an order on the 1st of April.
Emailed on the 5th of April as hadn't received delivery/tracking info. Informed out of stock and could switch to another product.
Emailed back on 6th April to confirm swapping the item. Unfortunately, I didn't receive a response.
Posted the original review here and Smirk responded and asked me to resend the email, which I did on the 12th of April.
They edited the response to say that they hadn't received anything so I contacted them on Facebook with images of the emails I had sent and the issue was resolved promptly.

I’ve got a little bit of a dentist phobia so have put off going for years, I had discolouration and plaque build up, mostly on my bottom teeth. I ordered the product after seeing it on Instagram and wasn’t expecting much. I was completely blown away after the first treatment. I managed to remove the majority of the build up from my bottom teeth. The whitening paste seems to be working as well already. Great product, quick delivery and would definitely recommend
