My account has been suspended and GG Bet are requesting ridiculous amounts of documentation. Bank statements, wage slips etc etc. I have sent in numerous uploads but there is always an issue. Specific dates not being present, uploads not clear etc etc. They have also asked me to provide details of an individual Pay Pal deposit into my account requesting where these funds came from. I'm pretty certain that they are absolutely not within their rights to request such information. I am quite frankly appalled by this site. They have had verification from me a number of times in the past few years, most recently my driving licence. It seems they only require verification when I make a withdrawal request. I will be taking this further. Their bullying, delay and avoidance tactics are an abusive overreach and this should not be allowed!

My withdrawal has been pending for several days now and when messaging they say it’s going through there system, it’s ok for them to take money directly from your account but it’s now been 3 day still says pending. Company are not fast in helping, there chat system does not work properly. Used this company a few years ago and withdrew £30 then and went straight into account now I’m still waiting for my withdrawal. If this doesn’t get resolved ASAP I will certainly look at taking this further and higher up. Not a lot of money to them what I’ve requested either.
