As others have pointed out, my latest withdrawal hasn't been processed, so this firm is best avoided for the time being at least.

You'd imagine they're either going under or have cash flow issues. Deposits are apparently fine, but withdrawals aren't...

Just an update that this issue has been resolved, but I'm still not keen on playing again just in case.

Don’t usually leave reviews but I’m getting quite frustrated with my experience and how this company are going about things. Happily take £250 of my money within seconds, but when it comes to withdrawing £200 of it, there is now magically an issue regarding withdrawals. Note that I had managed to withdraw £50 of the £250 with no problems. Joke of a company.

After winning twice, I did not receive any of my winnings, nor be able to withdraw.

I have emailed their support team twice with no response, the link to their 'live chat' does not work, its fake - the link to their email just takes you to outlooks webpage not an email link.

I have documented and screenshot the bet after the first one won without receiving winnings, which I will be taking further if no solution is adhered too.

Won and withdrew . Waited untill last few hours to ask for verification of card.
Used Apple Pay so you screenshot your wallet on iPhone and I have but they keep failing it. Sent card too and bank and still failing it so they don’t have to pay out

3 days for a limit review, Rachel was fine at customer services and went above board by directly emailing me but limited in her actions due to the chimpanzees above her who were too busy picking their bums instead of dealing with the issue. You have more chance of Jimmy Saville rising up and fixing it than the so called specialists at GGBET. Transitioning takes less time for people with identity crisis. By the time the 'specialists' and I use that word sarcastically has dealt with a matter at GGBET there has being 3 new political elections. Honestly, I am not sure why there are so many negative reviews for GGBET.co.uk...

I deposit using my debit card. My withdrawals have been processed within 24 hours without any issues.

So far, the only KYC information requested were front and back photos of my debit card (important areas such as CVV number covered up). This was automatically verified within a few minutes from the verification section (which is an empty page at first but becomes active once KYC information is requested).

I had a few queries (submitted by email) which were answered within a few hours (sometimes quicker) by a very friendly customer service team.

Is the website perfect? Not quite. Navigation could be smoother. For example, I click on the "menu" button in the bottom right corner (on Android phone), go to "my account", then "account history" but then the bar at the bottom (containing the various betting sections) disappears. If I wanted to check another part of my account, I would need to go back to the home page by clicking on the "GG.BET" logo on the top left corner and then use the bar at the bottom to access the menu again. However, the website looks great (especially on large desktop and tablet screens). I like the overall colour scheme.

There's a good variety of casino games. All the major ones are covered. However, the selection of live casino games could be better (for example, there's only one poker game, 2-hand casino hold'em).

There's a decent selection of sports betting markets. Other bookmakers may have hundreds of markets for a particular sport but in my opinion, less is more. The markets I need are all here.

All in all, a great experience so far. Keep up the good work!

Soon as you win they require an insane amount of verification and every document you submit gets rejected ultimately I will get paid my winnings I’m sure but it’s going to take weeks and weeks I would honestly avoid at all costs and just go somewhere trustworthy

And side note if you do run into any issues gambling here don’t expect the support to actually help they will just constantly remind you it’s hidden away in their T&C’s so unlucky

Such a scam. They have over £2400 of my winnings and are asking for all the verification under the sum. Their customer care emails are bot/chatgbt responses. I've been waiting for my winnings for 10 days.

An absolute joke! Don t even think to deposit here. I ve made 2 deposits, accepted. After that tried to cash out 200. They start with verification joke! After sending 200 files and ids the system said i am verified. But guess what? The “GG Specialists” “found” something to my verification and blocked my account. I really don t care what they “found”,in 4 days they destroyed my brain! (send that, that is not ok, that is not ok, that is not color, send it again, that it s not pdf, that it s not the original, we don t accept screenshot etc. They seized my winnings and contact me to send them Full pdf bank statement so they can refund me with my deposits not the winnings, the deposits was 60, the cash out 200 😂😂😂 My deposits was through skrill, because from the start i didn t trust them, after reading all reviews from here, and i will never in my life send full bank statement to a casino. This is by far the poorest casino I have ever used. I have followed all their KYC procedures and the account was verified. They must hold your details as they contacted me 2 days after my passport expired to request further docs even though verification was done 3 months ago. I sent further details but because my driving licence hasn’t got a photo they are now telling me that I need to renew my passport!!!! Money is stuck in the account and they will not refund. Stay away from this casino at all costs. The UK gambling commission should do more to protect the public from companies such as these!!

Guys, don't play on this site! It's impossible to withdraw money here, they ask for all possible documents that exist on this planet, then when you send everything, they cancel the withdrawal and suspend your account and ask you to withdraw in another way, I have never encountered this before, it's a complete scam!
