Horrible service! Needs documents from me for a withdrawal because I used Apple Pay! I understand this. But they won’t actually except my Apple Pay screenshot account. They want a bank statement, the statement transaction is pending so I’ll have to wait days for it so I can produce a statement!

I call it theft and abuse of information access
Since earlier than 17/01/2024 this company has stolen my money. They have tried to insist they require great deals of personal information they do not legally require.
I provided them with everything required BY LAW in January 2024. They have refused any and all complaints and even now 26/11/2024 they are refusing to withdraw amounts back to the same account that I deposited with approx 4 times the amount of the withdrawal so anti money laundering rules don't apply. Further they stopped access to my account and for nearly a year have refused to give detail on the amount of the withdrawal and explanation for why I don't have it and/or when I can expect compensation for 12 months of denying the withdrawal
(edit: 30/12/2024 naturally I'm not posting my account information here and I've already contacted ggbet again before posting the experience and they refused to release my money since 05/01/2024, they have caused me hardship and know full well I'm disabled yet this is how they treat me, they're trying to get away with abuse of the disabled and theft - I've followed all solicitor advice and ggbet refuse all communication to date while I've provided every legal proof they required. Also note they had no issues my depositing to lose for over 6 months, the second I withdrew my account was suspended and withdrawal refused for nearly A WHOLE YEAR!)
