If you deposit with Apple Pay they don’t let you withdraw any money unless you go and deposit more with a bank card directly. Insanely bad system, seems like a terrible company.

It also says on their pages ‘IN THE EVENT OF ANY PARTICULAR WRONG INFORMATION OR DELAY, WE TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY.’ so that really shows how they view customers and how much of a scam they are. There’s no defending that.

Don't fall for it and don’t use these people. If I’m being completely honest after this I’m now aware how scummy betting sites are in general and won’t be using them anymore.

Please do not use this site. I had no issues joining, the site actually would not let me deposit before verification, which to me was a good sign so I provided ID and address etc and then this all passed. I was then able to deposit without issue and then this is where the fun stops. The moment I withdrew I was suspended citing 1 member policy, well for one I live alone, apart from my pet. I have also never had an account with them plus as I only have one email address any normal site would instantly say "this email is already registered" and further to that as noted I had to be verified 1st and passed so how did this "extra" none existent account appear. I have concluded as per all other comments this site is fraudulent, license or not they have no intention to pay any winnings out and I would urge anyone if you fancy throwing money away go give it to a homeless person. Will not let me withdraw m, takes money easy enough but will not withdrawn without 20 documents and when you send them the documents it’s still not enough information as they say. Wanting me to send them a photo of front and back of bank card which is incredibly dodgey.

My card was stolen and I have £812 in my account.

I am unable to withdraw my money. I have been on live chat several times to get help but their sepa direct bank transfer doesn't work. And I am being told every day to wait longer wait longer.

They refuse to refund or credit my money and tell me to wait for the specialist to contact me.

Absolutely terrible experience trying to prove (again!) my identity. I have sent numerous crystal-clear photographs of my ID, which they keep strangely saying are not acceptable - even though they have accepted the exact same ID photographs previously. This is following a number of withdrawal attempts - and as noted by another reviewer, they never ask for proof of ID when taking the money, only when returning it. You cannot actually speak to anyone - you just get customer service agents who say they cannot transfer you to Verification and keep typing the same scripts over and over again. I will be reporting this to the Gambling Commission.

A warning to all!

Started off well as I was using the site and able to deposit and withdraw numerous times!

However once I started winning and tried to withdraw problems started.

I have 3 pending withdrawals totalling £2300 which they are delaying due to "Verification" issues.

The funny thing is I can still deposit and place bets using the account, so they are happy to take my money but there is no possible way to withdraw.

I have passed all the verification they have set me so far. They requested further bank statements for unrelated accounts in completely different currencies, which I provided!

They take all day to review one document before coming up with some BS reason for declining it, or asking for further information.

I have provided all my payslips, all of my bank statements, answered questions from they about my statements and they still will not verify it and refuse to process my withdrawal! Yet I can still deposit, unbelievable!

Customer support tells you that the relevant department will look at the documents manually and they are in a queue. However I have almost 12 emails at different stages saying that all my documents and account etc. has been successfully verified.

I have nothing to hide and they are still trying to find a way not to process the withdrawal.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

won 2 bets totalling return of £250 roughly, but account only showed £150, asked them about it, they kept saying it was correctly paid, which i believed their integrity, but when i asked them to help me find out how the money missing, they refused and made me fill out long complaint forms, and eventually still not answering my question directly, i did all the maths, betting wise i only lost £3xx this month, but it's saying my net deposit is £750 this month, when my bank statement is showing £950, so something was clearly off, told them that, and they said there was some tech issues and would be fixed, and it's still not fixed today, and they only asked me to answer security questions (to avoid telling me where my money went), and this morning i suddenly got my account suspended for "verification needed" which i just completed fully last month, and as soon as i submitted, my account got officially closed for reason "9.1 company can close your account without reason" asked them to provide my account data for back up which they claim to be working on it, but its been 2 months now and nothing was given to me still and they cannot provide a timeframe for it

Not processing withdrawal - Not paying
Everything ok (deposit, betting) until I tried a 100£ withdrawal. Now 8 days I have made a 100£ withdrawal and still pending. No documents asked, nothing. Customer service totally useless claiming fake verifications needed based on regulations just to avoid paying, they did not even ask me anything. Deposit was made with debit card very standard way.
So you can deposit, play, but they never pay you. Avoid any cost. Shame cause rest of website was good.

Absolutely the worst casino I have ever come across. I signed up and deposited 250. I could not play any games because each time I tried to launch a game I got a popup message saying the maximum amount of real money you can bet is 1 pound. Are you kidding me? How does that even make any sense when the table minimum is 50. I am concerned that this may just be a site created to collect and steal identity data. The live support advertised doesn't even work. When you click on it nothing happens. Yikes. STAY AWAY

They encourage you to deposit and take there promotions but if you actually win from the promotions they take them away and stop you playing. They only want losing players! Avoid if your playing cos you want a win!
