Has gone downhill a lot, pretty bad now
In the last 6 months or so the site has gotten worse at a rapid rate. Now setting insanely low stake limit on every market. Increasing VIG across the board, way more than any other site that I've seen recently. No real point in betting here now, the only positive is that they offer a wide offering and they pay out fine.
But the wide offering doesn't mean much if the ML on both sides is 1.77 1.77 lol. 2 stars but used to be 4 stars, unfortunate to see it this bad.

Deposited £10, had the account fir years but use it once a month £10 deposit.
Won so attempted to withdraw. Withdrawal never came, suddenly documentation was needed. I had uploaded everything already last year. Uploaded documentation and it failed. So was asked to re upload, except page to verify on was showing an error. Been 3 days nows. I report it, receive an email it's fixed and it's the same message. Now today it saying verification is complete. Everyday live chat delay and again have to wait for another email. I asked for my account to be closed as this site is very complicated and somewhat unorganised.
To much faff. I have never won on this site, its the first time in years. 1st withdrawal attempt and has caused so many issues. Its almost like they are delaying paying. I will speak to the gaming commission to see if this is allowed. Anyway, requested account is closed and before my live chat ended received and email my account is suspended. Company happy to take your money however trying to withdraw is an absolute nightmare. Apparently my betting activity is under review, nobody can provide a time estimate when I can expect my money or a reason as to why its being investigated. Really, don't bother. They are thieves. I signed up to ggbet as my wife has an account with them and they seemed to be genuine. I was wrong. They let me deposit twice and lose money, then today I received an email advertising their Tuesday promotion.
