Be aware, if you win at this place, they do all kinds of stuff to try and stop you from getting winnings. I have jumped through hoops to get my account verified. In October, I had an email from them saying that my account was verified. Luckily, I kept this email. Now I have done an offer and won, tried to withdraw and guess what, they are asking me to verify my account ?? why...it has already been verified less than two months ago. I have sent various documents again, I am using exactly the same card, no changes, but verification failed. They have even had me sending pics of my expired card, why ?? they verified my account in October with exactly the same documents. The only reason they do this is hoping you get fed up and go away. I am not going away. I think they are breaking the law doing this. They have ample opportunity to verify peoples account when they sign up, which I did !! Join this casino at your own peril. Every time you log in on your mobile you have to manual type username/password as it won’t even remember them. No Face ID log in. All in all it’s a very poorly designed app and if the odds were better it would make me feel better but they are very poor.

Playing and deposit quick and easy but withdrawal and verification of account a nightmare. Customer support like non existing. 24/7 chat not working, can’t speak to anyone except the automated reply/ questions. On verification page big triangle stating I have to refresh before continue but tried everything not working. So I’m unable to upload documents to proceed my withdrawal. Have sent an email asking for help and all reply I got was to use different device and refresh or change browser. Did not offered any alternative way of verifying my account. Looking like a big scam to me!!!!
After contacting customer support via email and my review on Trustpilot I received swift reply from GGBET trying to solve the issue uploading verification documents. The problem was the information provided by company to complete task was unsatisfactory about exactly which picture of screenshot was requested. I was sent direct links for uploading documents but they were declined because of sending the wrong screenshot. Again this took me hours of trying and eventually I was linked to a real adviser on chat site, only then I was able to find out the real issue with documents and could solve the issue. Withdrawal was sent quickly and my account verified.
All in all very time wasting for me which could have been solved if I would have had access to a real persons on chat in the first place.
Glad it’s all over now.
